主人公・大桑北郎（おおくわきたろう）が、多額の借金を返済するため全国各地でアルバイトをして回り、さまざまなトラブルに巻き込まれながらも家族と向き合っていくさまが描かれる。

大神龙太郎（田中泯 饰）猫头鹰作为国家的幕后黑手暗中活动，有时会帮助多位政客、及商界领袖等掩盖各种各样的丑闻和轰动的事件。但是龙太郎的儿子大神龙（新田真剑佑 饰）与父亲相反，坚持正义的理念与行为。可是他却面临人生最艰钜的挑战——与大神家深交的下届总理候选人的儿子神秘死亡，龙太郎从国家的暗面，龙从明面，逐渐接近政界潜藏的巨恶的原形。

臭名昭著的神奈川线上电车之狼经常出没，一天女生纱织在车上被骚扰，另一个女生解救了她。后来她发现这个女生是刚转到她们学校的转校生百合子。百合子被传闻杀害了她的父母，但是纱织还是很感谢百合子。之后百合子相约纱织和其她两个同学去神奈川线上打击电车之狼……

This story follows the journey of an ill-fated young man whose ambition is to be a professional antiques dealer. A hard-up young man, who makes his living by selling old items in flea markets, meets a nurse and he falls in love with her. He decides to become a successful antique dealer. So he participates in a huge auction in the mountains but he makes a fool of himself. At the same time he ends up being in the netherworld, and hovers between life and death.
