The island of Ambon in Indonesia, 1945. During the War, the number of Australian POWs on the island had dropped from 1100 to less than 300 due to abuses by their Japanese captors. Capt. Cooper is the chief prosecutor. In a mass grave, the bodies of 300 executed servicemen have been unearthed. Cooper assumes that the massacre was ordered by Baron Takahashi, Japanese commander on Ambon. But the one potential witness has gone mad and is due to be shipped back to Australia. No captured airmen were found alive on the island at all, not even the four-man crew of a reconnaissance plane shot down late in the War. Takahashi is returned to the island in the custody of an American officer, Maj. Beckett. But there is little evidence with which to prosecute the Baron. Cooper thinks he could make a case for the missing airmen if only their bodies could be located. And why does Maj. Beckett appear interested in not seeing Takahashi convicted? Cooper gets a break when Lt. Tanaka, a communications officer and a Christian, surrenders himself...

故事设定在1847年，一支英国皇家海军探险队试图在北极圈中寻找传说中的「西北航道」（Northwest Passage）。他们的船在途中遭遇一个可怕的掠食怪，这东西隐藏在船上，与惊恐的船员们展开一场「生存游戏」。与此同时，饥饿、坏血病与叛乱始终困扰着这支探险队。

　　Star Trek动画版为唯一在中国大陆地区播出的Star Trek“剧集”，译名《星际迷航》。

　　从可考的资料看，TAS应该是八零年代至九零年代中期先后在各地方电视台每晚18:30播出，第二天中午12:00重播。《星际迷航》至今在大陆虽不是主流动画片之选，但早晨的冷门时段内偶尔还能看到播出，可谓“长播不衰”。其培养出的星旅迷数量可能远胜台湾。

　　《星际迷航：动画版》是一部发生在星际迷航时空的科幻动画电视剧集。当初它在美国播出的时候叫做Star Trek，不过它在西方普遍被称为Star Trek: The Animated Series（星际迷航：动画版，缩写为ST:TAS或TAS）这个较长的名字，以和最初的真人演出的《TOS》作为区别。有时候（例如在官网上）它也被叫做“动画历险”（The Animated Adventures）。

　　动画版由飞美逊（Filmation）公司制作，总共播出了两季，1973年和1974年，一共播出了22集，每集半小时。它找来了大部分《TOS》的演员来为他们当初所饰演的角色配音，唯一的例外是帕佛·契可夫（Pavel Chekov，由华特·科宁格（Walter Koenig）饰演），因为预算不足以负担全体演员的片酬，所以没请他参与配音工作。他的角色被其他两个配角所取代：艾瑞克斯（Arex）上尉，他属于一个有三只手与三只脚的种族；以及穆瑞丝（M'Ress）上尉，她是一个像猫的女性外星人。詹姆斯·督汉和玛婕尔·巴瑞特除了为他们所扮演的角色，蒙哥马利·史考特（Montgomery Scott）和克莉丝汀·查培尔（Christine Chapel）配音外，也分别为艾瑞克斯和穆瑞丝配音。

Allegiance is a musical set during the Japanese American internment of World War II (with a framing story set in the present day) inspired by the personal experiences of George Takei (who also stars). It follows the story of the Kimura family in the weeks and years following Pearl Harbor, as they are relocated from their farm in Salinas, California to the Heart Mountain internment camp in the rural plains of Wyoming. The musical premiered September 2012 at the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego.
