Two babies born in the same hospital on the same day are placed side by side due to the lack of beds. The babies, who are betrothed in cradle beds after their families say "they found each other as soon as they were born", are named after the legendary lovers Leyla and Mecnun.

25 years pass. One morning, his family tells Mecnun about the situation and they go to ask for Leyla's hand in marriage. Although Mecnun is initially uncomfortable with this situation, he falls in love with Leyla as soon as he sees her. Not knowing what to do to impress her, Mecnun sees Grandfather with a white beard in his dream one night. Things get complicated when Grandfather with a white beard comes out of his dreams and starts living with Mecnun.

A woman works as electrical engineer in a construction site where mostly Kurdish workers are employed. After the death of her brother in a clash during his military service, she starts to behave the workers including the illegally employed worker man who is secretly in love with her, like enemies.
