"If You Were with Me Now" is a pop–R&B song written by British songwriting team Stock and Waterman, Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue and American R&B singer Keith Washington for Minogue's fourth studio album Let's Get to It (1991). The song was produced by Stock and Waterman. It was released as the second single in the autumn of 1991 due to a favourable reaction from radio stations and reached number four in the UK and the top ten in Ireland and South Africa as well as the top thirty in Australia. The song is Minogue's first hit single to feature her as a co-writer. As Minogue recorded her vocals in London and Washington recorded his in the United States, the two had not met until the music video filming. Curiously, at no moment of the video do they appear together, and there are no obvious signs that the scenes of each of them were recorded at the same location.

"Je Ne Sais Pas Pourquoi" (English: I Don't Know Why; "I Still Love You (Je Ne Sais Pas Pourquoi)" in Australia and New Zealand) is a song performed by Australian recording artist and songwriter Kylie Minogue from her debut studio album Kylie (1988). Released as the third single on 17 October 1988 by PWL, the song had been featured on most of Minogue's compilations including Greatest Hits and Ultimate Kylie. It was written and produced by Stock, Aitken and Waterman.
"Je Ne Sais Pas Pourquoi" is a pop ballad song, which is also inspired by minor teen-pop and dance-pop styles, which features instrumentals including drum machine, synthesizers and some minor guitar riffs. Lyrically, the song talks about love. Commercially, the song received good chart success, peaking in the top ten in countries including Finland (where it peaked at number one), Ireland, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, while peaking in the top twenty in countries like Australia, France, Germany and Norway.

The song was released to American radio formats on April 15, 2008. A version featuring rapper Mims was released to radio formats and included as a bonus track on the American edition of X. The song contains an interpolation taken from "Outstanding", written by Raymond Calhoun and performed by The Gap Band.
