惊哗春梦：电脑系大学生颜千民（关楚耀 饰）与邱月清（小肥 饰）因宿舍床位紧张，只好入住风尘女集中之所，此事经新闻发布，吸引了由美国返港的林宝儿（诗雅 饰）亦来此入住，身为童子鸡的颜与邱二人凭借IT技术为众风尘女解围，而颜更爱上宝儿却不知如何表达 。毒菇求爱：阿杰（陈伟霆 饰）因生意失败女友分手，只好帮朋友送迷幻菇赚钱，在阿杰和客户Moom（陈静 饰）接头之际，阿杰因误食迷幻食物将这个夜晚变得疯狂。有杀有赔：本是寿司师傅的大鹏（梁烈唯 饰）因为好赌，中了赌场老板炮仗哥的圈套，被其胁迫做杀手，自忖死期将至的大鹏拜访亲人与旧爱谢颖欣（苟芸慧 饰），却意外收获了新的人生……

这是四段关于情、关于重新出发的故事。由「丽诚影室」这照相馆、里面的相片和人物互相牵引。四个故事同时开展，各人于照相馆内穿插出现，互相影响。

手机聊天群组「八婆」是由六个女生及两个男生组成，他们曾经一度很亲密，但因為当中的督察 May 发现自己男友和闺密陈逸寧有一腿；网络红人大波莲又将眾人的感情秘密写成书发表，种种原因，让这个群体的人愈分愈散，慢慢不再在群组中发言，最后让这个群组在手机中愈沉愈底。
直到有一天，群组中的一员、一向乐於助人的 June，因為在上班时候，将上司放在茶水间的一瓶人奶，不小心用在给客户饮用的咖啡中，因此必须要在下班前找回一枝人奶来顶包。在无计可施下，她想起这群曾经亲密的一班好友，於是决定找陈逸寧帮忙，而陈逸寧亦开始把群组成员逐一找回来。
虽然各人彼此充满著矛盾和恩怨，但大家為了帮忙 June，决定先把恩怨搁在一旁，尽力协助找奶，而在过程中，眾人把心中鬱闷很久的心结和问题，一次过爆发出来。让这天既在拯救 June，同时间亦在拯救一段已经早已逝去的友情。
