This made-for-DVD documentary details the work that went into the production of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Disney's blockbuster tale of adventure on the high seas. Action fans are treated to a behind-the-scenes look at the making of this masterpiece of special-effects work, as well as to interviews with the director, the producer, and just about everyone else involved with the film, who all give their insights into the efforts that were needed to bring this project to completion.

The 19th annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards were held on April 1, 2006 at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion. They were hosted by actor/musician Jack Black. Chris Brown, Bow Wow, and Pink performed songs.
The nominations were released on February 7, 2006. They include favorites from movies, television, music, and sports from 2005.
This Kids' Choice Awards was famous for being the KCA that almost never had a sliming. Robin Williams managed to prevent the show from being slimeless.

Discovery has commissioned “Johnny vs Amber,” a two-episode documentary that tells the story of the breakdown of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s relationship, and how it spiralled into a celebrity court case.
Being produced as a double bill by Optomen, each film is told from one of their perspectives. The documentary will feature interviews with lawyers involved on both sides, and testimony from those close to the former couple. It will also examine extensive footage and audio recordings filmed by the couple themselves.
The doc will be available on Discovery Plus this fall.

Jack Black returned as host for the third time since 2006.[2] The 2011 telecast was the first Kids' Choice Awards to take place in the month of April since 2006, as the previous four Kids' Choice telecasts from 2007 to 2010 were held on the last Saturday in March. Nominees were announced on February 10, 2011 for twenty categories. During the show, the Big Green Help Award was presented to Justin Timberlake, an honor given each year. More than 200 million record-breaking votes were casted for this year's 20-category awards.
