维克多和雨果，又名笨蛋罪犯，由Cosgrove Hall和ITV电视台在1991年至1992年制作的动画片。故事围绕着两个装模做样，又有点傻忽忽的法国小偷为主线剧情。尽管两个主角的名字取自于法国大文豪，但两兄弟看上去一点也没有聪明的细胞。故事主剧情通常都是两人受雇于某个大公司，而去偷窃一样珍贵物品，或者文件。维克多常常会制定一个自认为很高明的计划，万无一失地去偷取物品，并且雨果会加以修正。但故事的最后，总是以两人锒铛入狱为结尾。
主要人物：
维克多：高个子，以2人中的领导自居，通常策划整个计划。维克多的性格比较突出，经常摆弄着自己的指甲，并且长有够夸张的胡子，戴顶浅顶软呢帽，显得自己老于世故。
雨果：小个子，总是戴着个贝雷帽，并看上去就像个窃贼（经常用两只手捂着脸说话）。说话时的样子总是很必恭必敬，老是说“我的维克多.....”。雨果总是扮演这部动画片里的主要笑料，他的性格和维克多呈强烈的反差。

Soul Music is a seven-part animated television adaptation of the book of the same name by Terry Pratchett, produced by Cosgrove Hall, and first broadcast on 12 May 1997. It was the first film adaptation of an entire Discworld novel. The series soundtrack was also released on CD, but the disc is now out of production. The soundtrack is, however, now available through iTunes.
