　　大雨滂沱的夜里，郊外一幢豪华住宅内灯火通明。休比和布伊两只小老鼠站在窗外，觊觎着房间内的美食，他们蹑手蹑脚进入屋内，靠在火炉边饱餐一顿，真是无比惬意。可就在此时，房间内的大猫克劳德（梅尔·布兰科 Mel Blanc 配音）处在在门口。克劳德怒吼一声，朝着两个不速之客冲了过去。休比和布伊夺路狂奔，疲于奔命。谁知当经过窗口时，克劳德突然停住脚步。他谨慎地关上窗户，回到自己的窝前穿好衣服，生怕着凉感染病症。布伊敏锐地注意到大猫的神经质，于是利用这一点对克劳德进行各种各样的恐吓。

　　热烈欢快的音乐响起，某电台正在进行现场直播。直播的主角是达菲鸭（梅尔·布兰克 Mel Blanc 配音），他是一场大型智力问答节目的主持人。不过，与其说是智力问答秀，毋宁说是整人秀。随以巨额的奖金作为诱惑，但是达菲鸭提问过程中设下种种圈套和陷阱，既要把答题者逼到山穷水尽的地步，又不轻易让他们退出以确保足够的收听率和广告费。这不，可怜的猪小弟就成了这场节目的牺牲品，无论答对问题与否，他都要遭到达菲鸭的暴力虐待，好不容易答对时对方也要千方百计赖账。
　　只不过从来都是善恶有报，显然嚣张的达菲鸭忘记了这一点…
