Against landscapes that the artist and his father traversed, audio of the father in the Ho-Chunk language is transcribed using the International Phonetic Alphabet, which tapers off, narrowing the distance between recorder and recordings, new and traditional, memory and song.

The 73rd annual Berlin International Film Festival is taking place from 16 to 26 February 2023 in person. This year the festival has added award for best TV series also.
The festival opened with Rebecca Miller's drama film She Came to Me. A live video stream with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was highlight of the opening ceremony. Steven Spielberg will be honoured with a special homage at the festival by presenting him with the Honorary Golden Bear for lifetime achievement and screening his films in Homage section.
