I don’t have them displayed directly on profiles yet but in #Fedicat on #Mastodon 4.4 you can feature a followed account and long press on an account to see its featured list (on the web UI it’s under the featured tab along with featured tags and pinned posts)

I lopped off five thousand lines of code last week but #fedicat is still growing fast - 35k lines in the fedicat package (which includes customized versions of tootsdk and html2markdown) and 25k lines in the UI. Still, the official mastodon app is over 100k.

The instance translation does a nice job of translating the entire post (although #Fedicat has a bug where it doesn’t display translated polls). As a fallback, e.g. if the instance doesn’t have translation installed, you can always long press on the individual text to use apple translation.
