非常非常非常self-help的一本书,一上来的预设就让我有点不想读了……作者开门见山地摆出观点认为担忧都是unhelpful的,然后生生割裂开担忧和计划之间的关系,我不知道这么否认一种情绪的价值是否真能帮到焦虑患者,我个人的感觉是担忧作为驱动力和被担忧挤垮无法行动之间还是有非常大的光谱的,我也并不认为担忧就一定是“期望看到确定性的结果”,通过承认自己焦虑的情绪而一定程度上管理焦虑并与其和解我是赞同的,然而也讲得很浅,对我而言是读了和没读区别不大的一本书
