在新季开始之初，由于背负暗杀总统的罪名，Nikita独自一人开始逃亡。为了证明清白，她必须要重组她的队伍，一起将背后操控这场阴谋的Amanda拿下。然而，Nikita却在行动中发现了更大的阴谋。
