报纸作为每天新闻的载体，原本是一个充满可能性的事物，但故事被油墨印在纸上，则稍显沉闷严肃，创作者Melody Wang则为其插上了想象的翅膀。故事讲的异彩纷呈，活灵活现。
Melody Wang利用报纸的版面构建了一个世界，两位警探接到报案前去追查一个被绑架的鹅蛋。
报纸上的线框变成了道路，随便一个小版面都可以破门而入，字母Q随手拽一拽就变成警长搜寻蛛丝马迹的放大镜。路过天气预报版块时，阴晴不定，时而烈日当空转瞬大雨将至，生动有趣。问号可以变作缉拿盗贼的长钩。
原本一个简单的警察抓贼的故事换一个场景来呈现就如此精彩，各种小细节都充满了想象力。

本片是加州艺术学院CalArts学生Madeline Sharafian的动画作品。一只宠物狗独自无聊地待在家里，当时间一到主人下班的那一刻，它就变得特别兴奋，叼着主人的拖鞋等在家门口。主人一脸忧郁地回到家里，正如屋外阴雨连绵的天气一样，他没精打采地打开冰箱拿出食材打算做晚餐，也没正眼瞧过小狗。小狗担忧地看着主人打蛋，当他走开时悄悄挑出蛋壳；当主人把炉子的火开到最大时，它趁主人不注意关小了炉火；眼看主人拿着菜刀准备切到手时，小狗机灵地撂倒垃圾箱引开主人，暗自为主人继续完成煎蛋饼，整个过程一气呵成却又时时提心吊胆。当主人处理好垃圾，看到桌上放着一份热乎乎的煎蛋饼时，他没有怀疑地拿起就吃。但咬下去的第一口，他吃到了一个奇怪的东西，这时他才发现心爱的小狗一直给他无限温暖……
