二人组合Mysia由意大利键盘手Andrea Bassato和Franco Pivato组成，其音乐属于带有太空摇滚色彩的电音风格，一共发行过四张专辑。发行于1995年的《Solitudes》是该组合的最后一张专辑。

“母亲如尼文”指一种字母表Hagalaz， 它的元素六角形状（如“几何生命之子”）包含所有其他卢恩字母的种子。“Hagalaz”字面意思是冰雹，它具有危机和新的开始的双重含义 - 一片从旋涡风暴中完美形成的雪花，像一颗冰冷的种子从天空降下融化成滋补的水。
卢恩字母，又称如尼字母或北欧字母，是一类已灭绝的字母，罗琳《哈利波特》中提到的古代魔文即如尼魔文，电影《驯龙高手》中男主角的笔记本亦由如尼文写就。

Zero 7由Henry Binns及Sam Hardaker两位在伦敦当地录音室工作的伙伴一起组合而成，九零年代初期他们潜伏于录音室中，锻炼各种音乐制作上的技巧，并逐步发表他们改造别人歌曲的混音作品，其人以为英国摇滚名团Radiohead的”Climbing up the walls”以及Terry Callier的”Love Theme from Spartacus”最引人注目，展露精湛的制作功力，并与Pet Shop Boys及Robert Plant等巨星合作，在首张专辑《Simple Things》出版之前他们发表了两张少量生产的EP，造成了一股抢购搜集的热潮。
《Simple Things》一张集合各式轻松电乐感觉的作品，混融爵士、灵魂、放克等元素在柔缓的chill-out电音情调中，辑内的演唱歌声部份特别找到了 Mozez,Sia Furler以及曾在Groove Armada、 Grooverider专辑中献声的Sophie Barker跨刀。音乐杂志形容他们是”英国的Air”，也有很多人喜欢把他们拿来和Morcheeba, Rae & Christian, Nightmares on Wax及早期的Massive Attack等乐团做比较，不过这些都不能确切地表达出Zero 7在此辑中的完美演出，不刻意地加入歌剧中受灵魂乐影响的女伶歌声，古典音乐的编曲风格以及带有迷幻气息的电子音墙，实在令人不得不赞叹这两位制作高手的深厚功夫。
NME音乐周报－８分，All Music Guide音乐网站－四颗半星，都给予此辑近满分的超高评价，而Zero7也以这张作品分别荣膺英国两大指针性音乐奖：水星音乐奖(Mercury Music Prize) “年度专辑”及全英音乐奖(Brit Award) “最佳新进团体”等提名。喜欢轻淡舒缓的如Air、 Groove Armada、 Bent这些人的电音作品的话，千万别错过Zero 7这张专辑，光是”In the Waiting Line”一曲中的曼妙曲调就足以让人流连忘返。

The songs on "Unearthed" pay homage to ancient cultures with their titles (Cuzco, Pompeii, Harrapa, and Ebia), yet they are as contemporary as Deep Forest and Enigma and attract the same kind of fan. The music is at one moment dark and choral and at another light and airy; one moment you're in Greece and then in Ireland or South America. It's a film score, clearly cinematic, but there's no movie - rather there are the dozens of movies and movie trailers in which the music has appreaed. If you've watched Six Feet Under, the NFL or the US Open, you've heard their music. If you watch CBS's hit series "Cold Case" on Sunday nights, you've heard one of the most extraordinary theme songs ever, and it's the track "Nara". If you are even an occasional filmgoer, you've heard the music on "UNEARTHED"
E.S. Posthumus在2000年组成，是由Helmut和Franz Vonlichten兄弟二人合组的独立组合，音乐揉合交响乐及电子乐，加上鼓乐强劲节奏，气势滂薄，亦具史诗式的古典美。Helmut 和 Franz 自3岁起便跟随母亲学习古典钢琴，自小浸润在古典音乐的环境下长大。Franz中学毕业后在录音室工作。Helmut 在美国洛杉矶加州大学（UCLA）修读考古学毕业。兄弟俩受到Pythagorean Philosophy影响触发灵感，相信 "音乐是使反差变得和谐；把对抗的元素加以调和"。E.S.其实也就是"Experimental Sounds"（实验音乐）的缩写，而"Posthumus"一词代表了"一切已然过去"。 E.S. Posthumus深受电影或电视剧制作人等拥戴，其音乐常成为电影或电视剧前奏，营造出剧力万军的效果，或成为配乐。譬如说，2001年电影《决战猩球/猿人争霸战》用上了Menouthis和Pompeii两首；2002年电影《蜘蛛侠》用上Pompeii和Nineveh，电影《少数派报告/关键报告/未来报告》用上Tikal；2003年侦探电视剧《铁证悬案》（Cold Case）用了Nara，例子多不胜数。而Posthumus Zone这一首更是特别为美国哥伦比亚电视台（CBS）的体育节目制作的音乐。 兄弟俩身份相当神秘，至今只推出过一张专辑 Unearthed（2001年1月）和一张单曲碟 Rise to Glory（2005年9月）。虽然网站的资料显示，E.S. Posthumus计划在2006年推出新专辑，但时至今日仍未见面世。 曾有传言指Helmut和Franz Vonlichten是Robert和Jeffrey Pfeifer兄弟的化名，后者较多产，音乐也常见成为很多大片的电影配乐，其一为《指环王/魔戒》。

Moon Safari is the debut studio album by French electronic music duo Air, released on 16 January 1998. On 14 April 2008, Virgin Records re-released Moon Safari to mark the album's tenth anniversary. The limited edition album came with a bound book, a DVD documentary about the duo, and an extra CD with live performances and remixes. Rolling Stone magazine ranked the album #93 on their Best Album of the Nineties list, while the French edition named this album #65 on their list of the 100 Greatest French rock albums. Moon Safari set the stage for the budding downtempo music style and, according to Nielsen SoundScan, had sold 364,000 copies by 2009.

跳脱《黑梦》的梦呓呐喊、延续《艳阳天》的暖阳晚霞，窦唯发行个人第三张专辑《山河水》。此时的窦唯暂且抛去了乐队形式的音乐，取而代之的，是藉由MIDI设备所铺出来的平静舒缓。这样的改变一则缘于近十年的历程，使其由原本的躁进，转而冷静对待处理他手中的音乐；二则来自平日钟爱绘画的影响，使得风景画中的视觉情境，得以流淌融入听觉意象。大量的采用电音元素，在音乐风格上则显得比以往更为低调。在《山河水》中听不到极富旋律性的主唱，取而代之的是窦唯的隨意哼唱，虽然采用大量的西方电音元素编曲，但音乐中却带有浓厚的中国怀古意境，在融会东西方音乐元素之后，整张专辑呈现出特殊又神秘的音乐氛围。

“新电摇”—Neo-Electro-Rock, 是“简迷离”为自己音乐找到稍许牵强的风格归属，许多听过“简迷离”音乐的人， 都觉得很难对他们的音乐作出概念上的解释，而这就是这支来自中国女孩与法国男子组队的初衷——音乐本身没有国界。
这张定位为“新电摇”风格的EP已在法国率先上市，并博得当地媒体及圈内人士的一致好评。
此次“简迷离”选择法国首发，足可见“简迷离”国际路线的风格定位，也预示以竹书为品牌的中国流行音乐将成为国际音乐市场的领头旗舰。虽是新人，“简迷离”却幸运得到法国著名导演Serge Courtinat赏识而拍摄单曲MV。

Reanimation is the evil twin of Linkin Park's 2000 debut, Hybrid Theory. While plotting their next studio album, the Southern California band enlisted some of aggro rock's leading lights, as well as some of the more enlightened underground MCs and producers, to slice and dice all the songs on their debut (including a few bonus cuts that made it to their Japanese release). Linkin Park allowed their special guests--including Korn's Jonathan Davis, Staind's Aaron Lewis, Orgy's Jay Gordon, the Roots' Black Thought, and Jurassic 5's Chali 2NA--to run riot through their songbook, tweaking melodies, writing new lyrics, and sometimes changing the entire intent of the originals. As a result, this collection of 20 songs is Mr. Hyde to Hybrid Theory's Dr. Jekyll. Most of Linkin Park's atmospheric and melodic moments have ended on the cutting-room floor--along with the self-consciousness that pervaded many of the songs--replaced with a brash impudence that's more rap than rock. Chali 2NA entirely changes the landscape on "Forgotten," shape-shifting the song into an alien being dubbed "Frgt/10," which takes you to a dark, desolate place with only your own disturbed thoughts and some electronic bleeps for company. And that's enough. This is a masterful art project that truly succeeds.
