2007年11月,ManHanD慢行在馬來西亞推出首張專輯<ManHanD慢行>。這張以有心不怕慢,有腳不怕行為主題的專輯,以廣東話為主,讓全亞洲樂迷對饒舌Rap另眼相看; ManHanD慢行的Rap沒有聽得令你頭昏欲裂的重金屬.樂與怒.只有旋律令你聽得舒舒服服;沒有令你聽得憤怒的憤世疾俗,只有令你心感認同的會心微笑!
ManHanD慢行的努力及實力,終于在2008年舉行的大馬娛樂協會頒獎典禮中獲得公認。這張同名專輯奪得最佳封套設計大獎.主打歌《慢行》亦頒獲最佳原創方言歌曲大獎,同時ManHanD慢行更被獲選為最佳團體!
2009年ManHanD慢行再接再勵,以慢之態度,手之創造為題,推出第二張全新專輯<ShowHand>。在這張專輯內,ManHanD 慢行秉承他們一貫慢工出細貨的創作精神,以不受約束,好玩及舒服為大前題,帶領我們這班活在<價格>歌詞內,被“現實生活逼成氣喘…淨系識得錢字行先…為咗生計乜嘢面色都有得你睇…將佢人格擺低”的城市人,進入ManHanD慢行的音樂去<慢遊世界>,放慢我們緊張.快速的步伐, 在<玩具島>,我們可以"慵懶 懶惰 松散散漫 玩玩 …潇灑 灑脫懶懶散散",亦可以慢條斯理地約同三五知己,到<One Man Bar>,想想迷失了的自己到底是<咩人>,聽聽<蜂人瘋語>,說說<男怕>,“怕衰口臭怕比較怕分手怕無錢去榨手…怕入錯行怕老婆怕寂寞”…

The Stan's Mixtape bonus CD on this two-disc deluxe edition finds the main character in "Stan" bringing together his favorite Eminem so ngs. Among the seven tracks are two from The Slim Shady LP: the #5 Rap "Just Don't Give a F***" and the Dr. Dre & Mel Man-produced "Role Model." From The Marshall Mathers LP are "Criminal" and the Dr. Dre & Mel Man-produced "Kill You." The mixtape also includes two tracks previously unavailable on any Eminem album--the "Dead Wrong RMX" (featuring the Notorious B.I.G.), notably co-produced by P. Diddy; and "Renegade" (featuring Jay-Z), a legendary duet from Jay-Z's classic The Blueprint album. Also included on the bonus CD is "Sh*t on You" (featuring D12), which until now has never been released on CD.
