2013年，Archy Marshall将最精华的作品通通献给他众多化名之一的King Krule，发表专辑《6 Feet Beneath the Moon》，20岁屁孩从此震撼全球各类型音乐人，他宛如Morrissey的月之暗面，可以满嘴粗俗脏话、也能自上流艺术与文学中有所情感触动。自The Smiths、《猜火车》到现在，伦敦（或整个人类世界）依旧向下沉沦，市井的无奈，被他写得美丽如奥德赛诗句。他是我们期待已久的新英雄。
大量巡回与各方邀约合作大量消耗他的精力，虽然和画家哥哥合作、结合诗与艺术书的专辑《A New Place 2 Drown》评价很好，但Archy仍遇上撞墙期，没有满意的作品足用King Krule为名发表，和Frank Ocean的合作因成果不佳亦无疾而终。他把注意力转向人类日常，一些下意识产出，如排泄物、耳垢、口水、鼻水、毛发，被人们当作污垢的东西，还有他的异国爱欲，充塞在脑袋中搅和，成就这张超现实意象、印象派音乐、意识流破碎语句、多国语系的新专辑。
《The OOZ》中传统结构的歌曲不多，艺术性很强，想听他招牌「Blue Wave」风格可以从专辑最末的〈The OOZ〉、〈Midnight 01 (Deep Sea Diver)〉、〈La Lune〉开始，爵士风味更强，色彩更蓝更黑；再深沉一点，〈Slush Puppy〉、〈Lonely Blue〉可以踏触到他的忧郁及苦痛，进而到焦躁的〈Emergency Blimp〉、〈Half Man Half Shark〉，像是Sonic Youth与Fela Kuti终于合作了一样。
与其说灵感枯竭困扰着Archy，他承认经历了一段心意没有得到回复的恋情，写在《The OOZ》的好几首歌曲当中，所以整张专辑更像是Archy的爱情悲歌。首支单曲〈Czech One〉的MV中，外着飞机窗外的他，如果你有真正爱过，你会懂他的表情，虽然痛，但沉溺且享受，没有尽头般地分泌浪漫激素。

Mild High Club is the home for the musical output of Alexander Brettin, a jazz-schooled musician transplanted from the Midwest to Los Angeles.
Recording with a Fostex 4-track cassette recorder, MacBook, 12-string electric guitar, PortaSound keyboard, bass, drum machine, software instruments “and whatever was lying around,” Brettin began recording Timeline in 2012. In addition to the pure pop of singer-songwriter Todd Rundgren, sixties psych wields an obvious influence over Mild High Club’s music. Brettin strips away the opulence and over-the-top arrangements and oddball tomfoolery commonly associated with it in favor of phased melodies and heartfelt lyrics.
For live performances, Brettin draws other members of the loose Mild High Club collective from all over the United States. “The advantages to working alone are being selfish and taking all the time you want,” he explains, while “the disadvantages are being selfish and taking all the time you want. When I wrote and recorded the bulk of Timeline, I just wanted to have a vinyl record. Two and a half years later, we've got the band and handfuls of other ‘club members’ around the country who occasionally get together for ‘club meetings’. The Mild High Club is just a vessel for our musical and comical curiosities.”
Mild High Club recently toured with post-punk pioneers Wire and has shared the stage with the likes of Mac DeMarco, Ariel Pink and Mikal Cronin.

King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard are an Australian rock band formed in 2010 in Melbourne, Victoria. The band consists of Stu Mackenzie, Ambrose Kenny-Smith, Cook Craig, Joey Walker, Lucas Harwood, and Michael "Cavs" Cavanagh.

The Final Cut is the twelfth studio album by English rock band Pink Floyd, released on 21 March 1983 in the United Kingdom and on 2 April in the United States through Harvest and Columbia Records. It comprises unused material from the previous Pink Floyd record, The Wall, alongside new material recorded throughout 1982. The Final Cut extends the autobiography of The Wall, concentrating on Roger Waters ' pain when his father died in World War II. Waters spins this off into a treatise on the futility of war, concentrating on the Falkland Islands, setting his blistering condemnations and scathing anger to impossibly subdued music that demands full attention.

Produced by David Gilmour, Martin Glover, Andy Jackson and Phil Manzanera, the album is set to be released by Parlophone and Columbia Records respectively in Friday-release countries on 7 November 2014 and in the United Kingdom on 10 November 2014. The album is the band's first since the death of keyboardist and founding member Richard Wright, who appears posthumously, and the third by the Gilmour-led Pink Floyd after Roger Waters' departure from the band in 1985. The Endless River is also the first studio release by the band to be distributed by Parlophone and Warner Bros. Records, following the purchase of EMI and its assets by the Universal Music Group in 2012, their transfer to Parlophone and the purchase of Parlophone by Warner Bros. in 2013.
Described as a "swan song" for Wright, The Endless River mostly comprises instrumental, ambient music, based on twenty hours of unreleased material the band wrote, recorded and produced with him during sessions for The Division Bell in 1993. The album was finished aboard the Astoria, Gilmour's houseboat recording studio, in 2013 and 2014. The cover is by Ahmed Emad Eldin with sleeve design by Stylorouge. Aubrey Powell, served as creative director for the artwork.
The Endless River is the band's first studio album since 1994's The Division Bell. Information about the album was initially leaked via social media, after which Pink Floyd made a formal announcement. The news was met with anticipation from fans as well as criticism regarding the absence of Waters on the new project. The band and Parlophone are promoting the album in the lead-up to its release with television advertisements and installations of the album artwork placed in cities around the world, including London, New York, Paris, Berlin and Milan.

The new LSD March album Under Milk Wood is their first full-length since 2007's Constellation of Tragedy. With grace (in the rock sense), style, humor, and the perfect touch of heavy riffage, this tremendously unique and original recording is a classic of the new Japanese underground. Recorded at Black Snowflake Studios, Under Milk Wood is a fascinating, ghostly rock album featuring Takahashi Ikuro's drumming. It isn't until midway through the record that the heavy riffage begins, though it is slowly buried beneath the white blizzard blanket that is the remainder of the album. On November 10th, Pink Floyd‘s David Gilmour and Nick Mason will release their first album together in 20 years with The Endless River. In anticipation, they’ve revealed “Louder Than Words” as the first full-length taste of the album. Listen in below.
“Louder Than Words” is the only track on the album to feature lead vocals sung by GIlmour. The lyrics embrace the full history of the band, with GIlmour singing, “We bitch and we fight/ But this thing that we do/ It’s louder than words/ The sum of our parts/ The beat of our hearts/ It’s louder than words.”
Billed as a tribute to multi-instrumentalist Richard Wright, The Endless River utilizes unreleased lyrics and music written by Wright prior to his death in 2008. The album was recorded by Gilmour and Mason in November 2013 alongside Roxy Music guitarist and producer Phil Manzanera. Other contributors include theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking (whose vocals are featured on the track “Talkin’ Hawkin'”) and UK-based electronic string quartet Escala. Pre-orders are ongoing.

The Doors乐队于1965，在洛杉机成立，乐队成员是歌手JimMorrison、键盘手Day Manzarek、吉他手Robbie Krieger和鼓手John Densnore。乐队的倡导者Morrison为乐队取了“The Doors”的名字。同年，The Doors因为Morrison的《末日》而结识了Love乐队的歌手Arthur Lee, 由他引荐给了Joc Holzmen的Elektra唱片公司，并签约于该公司。

20分钟的歌曲再加上 "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" 所组成的这部专辑依旧是根系于他们早期的 "Atom Heart Mother Suite" 和 "Echoes" 等这些作品，但我们宁愿看到另一种 Pink Floyd 的音乐风格。"Shine On You Crazy Diamond" 的歌词完全是在赞美与称颂 Barrett 的聪明以及作为对其后来的隐退发出的一曲挽歌。整首歌曲由9段组成，而专辑选用了前面的5首片段作为整部专辑的开篇。对于该曲你往往最先可能被 Gilmour 忧伤的吉他主奏所打动，不过贯穿全曲的确是 Wright 有史以来最出色的键盘演奏，当然萨克斯演奏家 Dick Parry 如同在 Dark Side 中一样做了精彩的表演；而后面的4首片段则作为专辑的结束曲，伴随着风声以及David Gilmour 吉他的咆哮声和他的呐喊声中开始，并最终在波涛汹涌般的键盘声中逐渐结束整部专辑。本来该曲是作为一个整体演出的，但在1975年却被一分为二了。毫无疑问的是，这首歌曲就是针对并间接地回顾了 Pink Floyd 音乐历程上的第一个变故 —— 乐团创史人 Syd Barrett 中途离开乐队。1975年7月5日，当乐队录制完毕而进行混音制作阶段工作的时候，有一个陌生人来到录音室外面默默地看着里面工作的乐队成员，他就是 Syd Barrett。可惜当时他并不知道这部专辑就是题献给他的，在匆忙一瞥后，人们从此再也没在公共场合见到他。
在 VSC3 合成器极富规律的伴奏下，伴随着重复回声的组合引出了 "Welcome To The Machine" 开头的那部分音节，由此开始了一个针对当时音乐圈中广泛存在的“对金钱的追逐超过了对音乐制作创新的追求”现象的辛辣的讽刺，而将歌手 Roy Harper 引入并演唱 "Have A Cigar" 则似乎是 Waters 的耻辱，但当时在录制此曲的时候，本应担任主唱的 Waters 嗓子出了问题而无法正常演唱，刚巧他的朋友 Roy Harper 也同期在同一录音室录制别的作品，于是 Waters 便请他的朋友演唱了这首对唱片录音工业辛辣讽刺的歌曲，不过后来 Waters 对这个决定也无不抱怨说“not because he did it badly...it just isn't us anymore”。歌曲里面有一句歌词“Which one's Pink?”其实来自于一位对他们一无所知的美国唱片公司董事询问乐队时愚蠢的提问，后来在演唱会上，Waters 将这句话印到自己的T恤上。
唱片的标题曲 WISH YOU WERE HERE 同样也是针对 Syd Barrett，但也是 Roger Waters 对于徘徊在乐队成功的四周围的贪婪所进行的斗争中所感受到的紧张感，而根植于贯穿 Wish You Were Here 专辑中所体现出来的那种觉醒的主题不断的滋生发展并最终在后来的 The Wall 中萌发壮大。古典/爵士小提琴手 Stephane Grapelli 参加了该曲的录制，也就是全曲结束时那几个小节的风声的合成音响效果的录音。而歌曲的管弦乐片段其实是截取于 Tchaikovsky 的第四交响曲的录音。本曲以后成为乐队巡回演唱会上的保留曲目，即使是 Waters 离开乐队后，无论乐团还是他依旧喜欢在各自的演出中演唱它。
WISH YOU WERE HERE 专辑于75年9月27日进入美国排行榜并名列12位，并于10月4日升至榜首。而在英国，发行后第一周便荣登榜首，不过这要感谢提前预售的25万张唱片的功劳。Wish 专辑也是在他们离开了与之合作多年的 Capitol 唱片公司，并自组 Pink Floyd Music 公司后制作的第一部作品，另外他们将其作品改委由 Columbia 唱片公司发行而不是老东家EMI公司了。或许是因为上一张作品反映太好，它多少显得这张专辑有些失色，乐评家的评论甚至也仅以“了无长进”一笔带过。现在回过头来看这张唱片，虽然具有一定程度的商业化倾向的表现，但在音乐创作的本质上，它仍然够资格称得上是一张质量均佳的好作品。
这张专辑在滚石杂志选出的500张历代最强专辑中排名第209位。

作为英国最成功且最具长久生命力的前卫摇滚乐团和迷幻音乐的较早实践者，Pink Floyd 所呈现出的那种与60年代中期污浊的摇滚乐坛形成鲜明对照的未被污染的个性，均体现在这张具有外太空概念的概念专辑中，作为他们发布的第9部专辑，[The Dark Side of the Moon]由6首歌曲加4首音乐背景效果音乐，采用不停顿的方式连续演绎，给人一气呵成的感觉。
专辑中，[Breathe]表达了一种无助的心态，[Time]则表现的是对光明虚度的追悔和对故乡的眷恋，[Money]则鞭策了金钱至上的思想。[Us And Them]是全碟旋律最优美的一首歌，歌词虽简单但内涵却很深奥，其深刻地提出了反战宣言。[Brain Damage]中通过讲述了一个行为与众不同的人，借以讽刺那些所谓的“正常人”。这个实际清醒的人为世俗所不容，只能在"月影"才能看见他，这是整张唱片的精神所在。最后的结束曲[Eclipse]在罗列了一大堆普通人经历过的事情后在结尾说到“每件事情在太阳下谐和一致，但太阳却被月亮遮蔽了”，表达出一种苍凉的哀愁和无奈。
