滇声气2023最新专辑《Revival》重磅来袭！
时隔三年，或许大家还在回味19年首张《WOW COOL》，但这次团队专辑的回归势必会更加成熟、制作更加精良。在经历了三年的打磨沉淀后淬练出新专辑，在原有团队（大晖、脏脏、DRoc）同时团队内加入了新鲜血液7‘Angelo、卓卓。三人团队变为五人组合，使新专辑更加多元化。专辑把控同样是身为队长的DRoc负责，混音由国内一线制作人MAJOR YAO（明堂唱片音乐总监）/Cccj（CHEENIE奇尼成员）/PD生肖虎（龙门阵）联合打造，由英国伦敦metropolis厂牌进行母带制作，制作人更是横跨欧亚大陆。插画设计师来自北京的艺术家SUKC ONE，专辑平面设计来自云南的SCOV。
Revival意义为重生、复兴，作为国内为数不多的黄金年代hiphop团体之一，更注重精神传递而不是风格的划分，这种传递更像一股复苏之风…话不多说打开播放键吧！

“正如我们的生活，总是由无数件‘无聊’的小事情 一件一件拼凑而来，这张EP同样也是又无数小故事构成。”
与大多数中文说唱的内容不同，整张
EP收录了六首歌曲 分别对应六个“无聊小故事”
随着时间顺序分别是：

“终于早起，我要搞音乐！”
“出门吧！路途中的趣事”
“晚上睡不着觉”
刻意的流水账写法
几乎摒弃了所谓的“上价值”
只为传达一件事，也是这张EP的核心概念:“生活中，每一件事，都有价值”

UTOPIA is the fourth full-length studio album from the Houston, Texas native, Travis Scott. It is the follow-up to his 2018 third, highly-acclaimed studio album, ASTROWORLD.

The album released to a flurry of various receptions. Many noted the obvious Kanye influences on the album, with a general consensus calling it “Travis Scott’s Yeezus.” Not only does he channel the broken down production on “MODERN JAM” and breathy flow on “CIRCUS MAXIMUS,” but two of the tracks were directly repurposed from the original demo of DONDA (“TELEKINESIS” and “GOD’S COUNTRY”). However, a similar affinity for guttural sound makes sense, as Travis was a vital collaborator in the production of Ye’s controversial sixth album.

Others praised the more experimental direction that Travis was taking, while involving a slew of different A-lister and up-and-coming artists within his production.

The album was first teased through an Instagram post on July 8, 2020, with a simple caption, which displayed “Utopia.”

On August 3, 2020, during the second anniversary of Travis' previous album, ASTROWORLD, he would post a note thanking his fans for the support of his previous album on a tweet — at the end of the note, there would be a sentence that would refer to the rapper’s next project, which says:

See you in Utopia.

Following the release of his September 2020 single, “FRANCHISE,” the word Utopia would appear again within the CD’s banners and cover of the official single with the quote “Live From Utopia.” Later, in October 2020, Travis would send a letter to all his DJs thanking them for their work in the process of several of his projects; the rapper would end the letter with another final sentence again, saying that he was going to see everyone in 2021 in “Utopia”. That same month, Travis spoke about the album in a series of tweets, as well as changing his bio from promoting ASTROWORLD to UTOPIA

In January 2021, iced out Elliante-UTOPIA chains were seen worn by a wide variety of rappers and producers such as Young Thug, Chris Brown, Mustard, Wheezy, and many more. In June 2021, Scott described to WWD the sound of Utopia, stating that the album would have a psychedelic rock sound.

It was reported on August 2, 2021, that Travis Scott signed a production deal with the film company A24, with Travis posting on Instagram the first draft of the script, which revealed that UTOPIA would also have a film adaptation.

Despite the album being rumored to be released in late 2021, it had been put on hold following the tragic Astroworld Festival crowd crush where 8-11 people ended up dying on the night of the festival.

Billboards of the album appeared in California in April 2023, to which it contained a message that states: “PSST……. Looking for UTOPIA? WRONG WAY!” Another billboard also had the Cactus Jack logo.

In May 2023, Scott revealed that the album was in the mastering stages. Shortly after, photos surfaced of Scott wearing an unreleased Air Jordan 1 low-top sneaker with the presumed UTOPIA logo and his bodyguard holding the UTOPIA labeled briefcase. Mike Dean would also share his involvement online later that day.

On May 23, 2023, Mike Dean spoke on Twitter about the album’s progress, in which he states:

UTOPIA WILL BE DONE WHEN TRAV AND I SAY ITS DONE DO NOT RUSH LET US COOK

The album was announced alongside his Great Pyramids Of Giza show for July 28, 2023, on July 10 through Travis' Twitter.

Just days before the album’s release, it was speculated and reported that originally Egypt banned Travis from performing at the Pyramids, arguing that it contravened respect for the “traditions of the Egyptian people, Travis' manager David Stormberg and Nike both confirmed that the reports were false, however, the party did not take place.

Not long after “K-POP”’s release, on July 22, 2023, Travis confirmed the release of UTOPIA to be paired with the release of his movie Circus Maximus, hitting theaters on July 28, 2023, during his Rolling Loud Miami set at the GoPuff stage.

Two hours before the album was released, he revealed the tracklist without listing the features, similar to his previous two studio albums.

Originally released digitally in 2020, DJ UNDERWORLD Vol 3 is a masterclass on how to produce something totally fresh from a genre that is over 30 years old. UNDERWORLD aims to recreate the sounds and atmosphere of 1990s Memphis rap without relying heavily on samples. Instead he works like a 1990s DJ, managing a stable of rappers, producing volume tapes and most importantly sampling his and his crews own vocals.

After 1 year of absence, DJ Mistah Evil returns to bring you his newest album "World At War" containing 5 new tracks, apart from earlier single "Fuck All Dem Bitchez" released on soundcloud in September. The album represents the classic dungeon rap sound,of course with DJ Mistah Evil's charm. Featuring long time friend and collaborator Famone York, as well as French Hood Banshee S4moyeda, he combines the roughness of the genre with metal influences. Also, as a bonus track, he has the re-imagined the old classic "Shallow Grave" by DJ Bishop.

The Detroit legend J Dilla aka Jay Dee was a huge inspiration to Funky DL from the beginning of DL's album making career. Much of DL's 1997 debut album "Classic Was The Day" was modelled on the smoothness of what Dilla was bringing to the table with A Tribe Called Quest circa 'Beats Rhymes & Life".
Dilla's importance as an influence on Funky DL has gone unmatched right up until present day, so Funky DL pays tribute to the legendary hip-hop sounds of J Dilla by recreating some of his famous productions on this fantastic album entitled... "February: A Rest In Beats Tribute To The Sounds of J Dilla".
Working tiresomely in the studio, DL with assistance from some of his musical pals crafted a full studio album paying homage to and celebrating the creative ideas originally brought to hip-hop by the late James 'J Dilla' Yancey.
However, DL veers away from intense sampling, avoiding the same breaks as used by Dilla - to bring this fabulously musical, creative and jazzy tribute album.
DL felt it fitting for the album to be named February, being that Dilla's life begun on February 7th 1974, and sadly ended on February... 10th 2006.
As Funky DL's intention was to capture the essence and soulful connection of what Dilla brought to music lovers around the world, DL carefully hand- selected each track from the catalogues of of his works and crafted as elegant of a representation as he could to showcase a further progression into the wealth of ideas from Dilla; but taking them that one step further and going beyond the usual restrictions of using only the contents of original samples.
This album is certain to bring back the nostalgia of the classics that each track was born from, as well as offering an entirely new audio perspective. The fans of J Dilla will be pleasantly surprised.
