Claire Elise Boucher, known professionally as Grimes, is a Canadian musician, singer, record producer and visual artist. Born and raised in Vancouver, Grimes began releasing music independently in the late 2000s, releasing two albums, Geidi Primes and Halfaxa in 2010 on Arbutus Records.

距上一张录音室专辑《WATCH OUT! CLIMATE HAS CHANGED, FAT MUM RISES…》已时隔八年，此曲劲猛的《AT MOSP HERE》作为新专辑《BEFORE THE APPLAUSE》的首支先行单曲，在乐迷们殷切的期盼中，带给众人不一样的惊喜。作为推动国内后朋克浪潮的旗手乐队，重塑雕像的权利一直与“后朋克”三个字密不可分，而暌违八年后，“重塑”带回给我们的新作，却以显著的电气化音色和不断循环的采样昭示着：如今的“重塑”早已不甘于头顶着“中国最好的后朋克乐队之一”的光环，正如同乐队的名字一般，他们始终在音乐的世界中探索遨游，以颇具实验的精神不断“重塑”着自己。

Debut album by electronic producer BABii co-produced by Adrian Sherwood (On-U-Sound system). BABii produces incredibly forward thinking electro tinged pop/R&B which features skittering beats and incredibly thick, layered synths with heavy bass with a semi industrial feel to them. Anthony Gonzalez, AKA M83 mastermind, released Digital Shades Vol. 1 in 2007 as a compendium of unused ambient tracks for diehard fans to enjoy rather than letting these works disappear into the void. It was a way to breathe life into songs that normally would not see the light of day as well as a vehicle for Gonzalez to explore areas of musical creativity separated from the pop-leaning M83 studio albums. Gonzalez credits Brian Eno’s ambient collections as a primary inspiration for the creation of the Digital Shades series.
Now, twelve years after the initial instalment, M83 has returned with the latest instalment of Digital Shades - one that adopts a grander nature and seeks to transport listeners to another time and place entirely. DSVII is influenced heavily by early video game soundtracks, ‘80s sci-fi/fantasy films and analog synth pioneers such as the aforementioned Brian Eno in addition to Suzanne Ciani, Mort Garson and John Carpenter.

The Knife was a Swedish electronic music duo from Gothenburg formed in 1999. The group consisted of siblings Karin and Olof Dreijer, who together also run their own record company, Rabid Records. The group gained a large international following in response to their 2003 album Deep Cuts.
