Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the drama The Farewell. The album features the film’s original music composed by Alex Weston. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. The Farewell is written and directed by Lulu Wang and stars Awkwafina, Tzi Ma, Diana Lin, Zhao Shuzhen, Lu Hong and Jiang Yongbo. The movie follows a Chinese-born, U.S.-raised woman who reluctantly returns to Changchun to find that, although the whole family knows their beloved matriarch, has been given mere weeks to live, everyone has decided not to tell that herself. The drama premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and is being released in select theaters this weekend by A24.

Bohemian Rhapsody: The Original Soundtrack is the soundtrack album to the 2018 biographical film of the same name. The soundtrack features several Queen songs and unreleased recordings including several tracks from their legendary performance at Live Aid in 1985.[6] The soundtrack was released by Hollywood Records and Virgin EMI Records on 19 October 2018, on CD, cassette and digital formats.[7][8] The soundtrack was later released on 8 February 2019, as a vinyl double album specially cut at Abbey Road Studios. A rare double picture disc edition of the album, as well as a 7" coloured single featuring the original "Bohemian Rhapsody"/"I'm in Love with My Car" pairing, was also released on Record Store Day, 13 April 2019.[9] In November 2019 the soundtrack received an American Music Award for Top Soundtrack.[10]

Sony Classical will release a second soundtrack album for the musical comedy Cinderella. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award winner Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Moneyball, Capote, Onward, The Good Dinosaur, Girl, Interrupted, Little Miss Sunshine) and Jessica Rose Weiss (Dog Gone Trouble, Afterlife of the Party, Friendsgiving). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 3. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. As previously reported, Epic Records will release a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from the movie, as well as a score suite. Cinderella is written and directed by Kay Cannon and stars Camila Cabello, Pierce Brosnan, Idina Menzel, Nicholas Galitzine, Billy Porter, Minnie Driver, James Corden, James Acaster, Maddie Baillio, Romesh Ranganathan and Charlotte Spencer. The Sony Pictures production is being released in select theaters and on Amazon Prime this weekend.
