The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is an upcoming American late-night talk show to be hosted by Jimmy Fallon on NBC.[2] It is scheduled to make its debut on Monday, February 17, 2014,[1] following Jay Leno's second retirement as host of The Tonight Show on February 6.[3]
The show is to be broadcast from Studio 6B at NBC Studios in New York City, the same studio where Jack Paar hosted The Tonight Show throughout his tenure and where Johnny Carson hosted The Tonight Show from 1962 to 1972 before moving the show to Burbank.[4] The show is being produced by former Daily Show executive producer Josh Lieb and executive produced by Lorne Michaels.[2] Fallon's house band on Late Night, The Roots, will serve as The Tonight Show Band, with Questlove serving as bandleader.[5] Steve Higgins will follow Fallon to The Tonight Show to serve as Fallon's announcer and sidekick.

摩根作为曾经“周六夜现场”七季的成员之一， 2014年的车祸事件让他处在舆论顶端，如今渡过难关的他将在10月17日回归主持该节目，此次将是他第二次担任《周六夜现场》的主持人。摩根是NBC的常驻喜剧演员，曾参演过《我为喜剧狂》（30 Rock）。
赛勒斯将在第41季10月3日播出的第一期担任主持人，此次是她第三次主持《周六夜现场》。与此同时她还将主持8月30日的MTV音乐录影带大奖。
舒默将负责主持10月10日的第二期节目。
关于第41季的音乐嘉宾，制作人洛恩-迈克尔（Lorne Michaels）称将在不久以后公布嘉宾名单。

Saturday Night Live premiered its fortieth season during the 2014–15 television season on NBC. The season premiered on September 27, 2014, with host Chris Pratt and musical guest Ariana Grande, and former cast member Darrell Hammond as the show's new announcer, replacing Don Pardo, who had died in August. The premiere included an interstitial photograph of Pardo. Pardo had been the announcer for SNL since it premiered in 1975, with the exception of season seven and season 21, episode 14, where Hammond took his place. This season also saw the death of former cast member Jan Hooks, who died from cancer two weeks into the season.
