A World Next Door To Yours is the latest album from the South African Indie band The Parlotones.
The Parlotones kicked off their professional career in 2003, rising to the forefront of South African music by 2006 when they signed a European license deal on the back of their debut single beautiful being used in a Fujifilm commercial.
Since then, The Parlotones have become the biggest selling band in South Africa and have delivered over 200 shows in 2008 across SA, UK and Europe. Key performances include Live Earth, Coke Fest and V Fest. Key acknowledgements include Best Rock Album 2006 at South African Music Awards, Best Music Act - People’s Choice Awards 2008, Best Band - You Awards 2007, FHM Readers Choice 2007, Best Video MK Awards 2007, Best Video nomination Resfest 2007. The Parlotones latest album is already platinum in South Africa and is due for release in UK/Europe and US in the new year.

I Could Live in Hope is the debut studio album by American indie rock band Low. It was released on December 2, 1994 on Vernon Yard Recordings.

喜欢4AD民谣乐队Mojave 3的朋友肯定很容易就认出Rachel Goswell的名字了，并且肯定对她空灵的嗓音有深刻的印象，听这张SOLO可以更好的欣赏她的美妙嗓音。
因为个人偏爱女声，所以只要是女声就会找来听听，更何况是来自4AD这个民谣女声基地，这张专辑也秉承了4AD一贯的传统，另类，忧郁，凄美的民谣，加上梦呓一般的女声，绝对是张优秀的作品。（虽然还是更喜欢Lisa那个年代...）

At a time when Erwan was beginning not to attend classes anymore, he and Morgan met in a Parisian school upon Morgan's return from a 3 year, late childhood stay in the US. After a few years of youthful, light-hearted occupations such as "do-it-yourself-ping-pong" or secret escapades by train to the britany shores, we finally got around to make music. After at least two more years of brilliant if unrewarding work we started Loons and eight months later, in February of 1993, through an ad at the local independent record store, we met Caroline (who had up till then been spending her leisure time doing poetry and other artful crafts in the south of France and listening to the same sounds as we). Incidentally she was the only person to ever answer the ad so it never occurred to us that we might have been lucky there. Since then she has become the indispensable third pillar supporting the weight of our hopes and dreams (sigh). A first LP was released in Spain through Elefant records around 96 and, since then, the trio has been solidified by orchestra musician, Catherine, who has been "performing" the viola parts on the most recent songs. We are all still in our twenties (thank God) though we are dangerously "nearing that big moment" when the two becomes a three........ and to think two of the three can't even drive yet (how sad)...............

Seattle melodic rock quartet Barcelona is readying their debut disc titled absolutes out September 25 (digital release: August 14 on iTunes). The independent release will be licensed and distributed by Curb Appeal Records and the band recently inked an exclusive, worldwide deal with Warner Chappell Publishing.
Using "Numb," "Response," and "Colors" - three tracks from Fennell's solo disc Safety Songs - as the anchor, Barcelona crafted a new batch of piano-based melodic songs led by Fennell's soaring vocals that would become absolutes.
During the recording, the band was courted by renowned publishing heavyweight Warner Chappell to an exclusive co-publishing deal that helped secure distribution for the disc through Curb Appeal Records.

Seabear is a seven piece and this is their first full-length album, but previously they′ve released the EP Singing Arc. Reykjavík′s hipsters seem to like them and talk avidly about their concerts. The world is also taking notice, the influential German label Morr Music handles the release outside Iceland. Not bad for a debut record. The music is easy listening educated pop/country, Beck comes to mind and at times Benni Hemm Hemm. It floats harmlessly in the background, the home production and recording giving it a warm feel. On this album Seabear relies heavily on acoustic guitars, harmonicas and violins to deliver their one slow track after another. Seabear knows how to write songs and the arrangements are at times innovative but the songs melt into one cute, but boring, soup.

I Might Be Wrong: Live Recordings is a 2001 live album by English rock band Radiohead. It consists of live performances of eight songs recorded on a tour of Europe and North America, including seven songs from their albums Kid A and Amnesiac. The final track, "True Love Waits", would not be released on a studio album until 2016's A Moon Shaped Pool; unlike the studio version, it is performed here on acoustic guitar by Thom Yorke. It was the only release, apart from their studio albums and bonus material from the The King of Limbs sessions, that the band allowed to stay on streaming services such as Spotify after their catalog was purchased by XL Recordings in 2016.

实际上，或许你会认为我并不了解真正的RadioHead.在2000年那张迷幻又迷幻的<Kid A>问世之后,许多人带着失望离开了RadioHead.而我却恰好是那个时候认识了这支异质的乐队.是在某本杂志上看到<Kid A>的介绍,唱片的封面让我印象深刻.然后,第二天,就在音像店里看到了这张唱片.还是高中生的我居然想也没想就花N十大元买下了,奇怪.于是坠入 RadioHead编织的电幻深渊,无可抑止.
我想我只是喜欢这样的RadioHead.抑郁的,阴暗的,迷乱的RadioHead.虽然很多曾经喜欢他们的人因为这样的转变而离他们而去.然而我却是喜欢的.我觉得,他们就是这样一群神经质的孩子,纤细,敏感,抑郁.引用一个已经离开 RadioHead的网友说的：(他们的)音乐极尽压抑郁闷之能,让你在这样的听觉效果中自残!仿佛是面对着那永远无法征服的黑暗,你所能做的,唯有睡着或是死亡.
