另一方面，特里斯坦化妆成国外的商人前去拜访一个失散了儿子的老公爵，凑巧的是，老公爵丢失的儿子就叫特奥多罗。得知爱子下落的老公爵一路寻到了蒂娅娜家里，特奥多罗顺利地认了父亲，他的身份也顺理成章地成了公爵，蒂娅娜马上对特奥多罗另眼相看，特奥多罗则名正言顺地迎娶了他的公爵夫人。
