故事发生在大约是在2010年初秋的时候。下午6时左右，东京湾上空突然出现了不明生命体并且以时速20KM的速度向着涩谷区上空移动。怪物的形态象墨鱼，身长272M，容易让人认为是海里产生的生命体，防卫厅向接受委托任务的民间特殊部队‘Altamira代理部’下达了军事出动的命令。
主人公船贝乙夜从正在进行机器人操纵训练的少女们中间挑选着能够完成任务的人选。为了这次即将到来的战役，她们正暗中接受着训练。然后，她们将被告之去迎接这场迫在眉睫而结果未知的战斗。
为了能够打败敌人，即使是由于遥控操纵而牺牲了被称为“战斗之英”的小型机器人也在所不惜。
她们并不是有血有肉的人类，而是作为活炸弹存在的特殊机器人。一场以自己的生命为赌注与未知生命体的战斗就要开始了……

漫画改编动画《魔法少女伊莉雅》的第二部第二季《魔法少女伊莉雅2wei Herz》即将于今年7月开播。新作续篇的标题定为《魔法少女伊莉雅2wei Herz》。根据官网的描述，“Herz”是德语的“心脏”、“心”的意思。新作三期将作为第二部2wei的续篇播出。 《魔法少女伊 莉雅》的漫画原作已经有三部之多。2013年七月动画化的为漫画第一部，讲述型月世界以外的平行世界的普通少女依莉雅，在某日被前来日本收集职阶卡的远坂凛强迫，作为魔法少女协助收集职阶卡的工作，并且与同为魔法少女的美游邂逅、结下羁绊的故事。2014年7月，以漫画第二部《魔法少女伊莉雅2WEI》改编的续作动画开播。第二部讲述依莉雅与美游在结束了职阶卡的收集之后，于一位神秘出现的少女“小黑”相遇，并引发了一系列新的冒险的故事。 《魔法少女伊莉雅2wei Herz》将讲述第二部剩下的故事。

故事发生在白玉中学之中，懒懒散散的三岛木洋（松本忍 配音）是软网社的顾问，虽然表面看来其貌不扬，但实际上，他曾经是获得过全国冠军的天才击球手。伊丽莎白（矢作纱友里 配音）是来自英国的留学生，曾因为三岛的影响而选择走上了网球的道路，如今，她作为留学生追随三岛来到了白玉中学。
活泼开朗的春风明日菜（伊藤加奈惠 配音）、对运动有着满腔热血的泽夏琴音（喜多村英梨 配音）、柔情似水温文尔雅的秋山千岁（伊藤静 配音）、拥有健康肤色沉默寡言的冬川来栖（明坂聪美 配音），在这些可爱社员的围绕下，三岛的日常就此拉开了序幕。

Kou Yamori is a middle school student who struggles with grasping the complex concept of love. Plagued with insomnia due to his idleness, Kou begins roaming the lonesome streets at night.

One night, Kou encounters a bizarre girl named Nazuna Nanakusa who believes that people stay awake during the night because they are dissatisfied with how they spent their day and cannot rest until they release their inhibitions. Nazuna offers to help Kou with his sleep issues and invites him over to her place, where she convinces him to share a futon with her. Feeling uncomfortable, Kou only pretends to doze off—which is when Nazuna suddenly bites his neck, revealing herself to be a vampire!

While Kou thinks the bite will turn him into a vampire, the specifics of transforming are not that simple. In order to change, he must be bitten by someone he truly loves. Ready to let go of his dreary mortal life, Kou decides on a new goal: he will fall in love with Nazuna and become a vampire himself.

A mysterious gem called the "Skull Stone" said to be able to reveal the location of the largest vein of gold in the world. This legend has entranced many people who wanted to get their hands on fame, power and wealth, including the Dorombo Gang. However, their hunt for the Skull Stone is not as easy as they imagined, mainly due to the faulty information they receive from their leader; and most of all, by a justical duo of pursuers called the "Yatterman".
