'Who Do You Trust?' is the tenth studio album from Papa Roach, following the release of 2017's Crooked Teeth album!

Reanimation is the evil twin of Linkin Park's 2000 debut, Hybrid Theory. While plotting their next studio album, the Southern California band enlisted some of aggro rock's leading lights, as well as some of the more enlightened underground MCs and producers, to slice and dice all the songs on their debut (including a few bonus cuts that made it to their Japanese release). Linkin Park allowed their special guests--including Korn's Jonathan Davis, Staind's Aaron Lewis, Orgy's Jay Gordon, the Roots' Black Thought, and Jurassic 5's Chali 2NA--to run riot through their songbook, tweaking melodies, writing new lyrics, and sometimes changing the entire intent of the originals. As a result, this collection of 20 songs is Mr. Hyde to Hybrid Theory's Dr. Jekyll. Most of Linkin Park's atmospheric and melodic moments have ended on the cutting-room floor--along with the self-consciousness that pervaded many of the songs--replaced with a brash impudence that's more rap than rock. Chali 2NA entirely changes the landscape on "Forgotten," shape-shifting the song into an alien being dubbed "Frgt/10," which takes you to a dark, desolate place with only your own disturbed thoughts and some electronic bleeps for company. And that's enough. This is a masterful art project that truly succeeds.

美国摇滚乐队P.O.D.发行全新专辑Circles。
San Diego’s rock legends, P.O.D., return with their latest album, ‘Circles’. Following up their 2015 offering, ‘The Awakening,’ the new album sees P.O.D. expanding the horizons of their creative process. For this record, P.O.D. enlisted the help of the masterful production duo, Heavy. According to vocalist Sonny Sandoval, the production team provided P.O.D. with new perspective. “We’ve always been so stubborn about writing with people,” admits Sandoval, “so this time around we were a little bit vulnerable. We had an open mindset. It was like, let’s just go with these guys, and let’s just show them what we got.” Continuing, “There’s a lot of catchy stuff on this record. There are cool little things that heavy were on top of. There’s a lot more that’s going on than just drums, bass, guitar and vocals.”
What resulted is a range of songs that wholly represent what P.O.D. is. “We didn’t limit ourselves,” says Sandoval. “We’ve been doing this for 26 years. We’re all veterans in this game now. We just want to play and write songs that we hope are relevant and catchy to a new audience—while at the same time, we’re still being true to ourselves.”
‘Circles’ is the next step in P.O.D.’s evolution, that uniquely positions them above their contemporaries. An amalgamation of rock, reggae, punk, metal, and hip-hop influences, this new record is sure to rock the party for years to come. “Our hope is that all of our songs resonate with people, and that they do last a lifetime, not just a radio cycle,” adds Sandoval. “We really are here, touring and still making music, still grinding away, and we’re thankful for all the people that still enjoy what we’re doing.”

北京风头最劲的嘻哈歌手爽子与瓷乐队最新专辑《无能为力》已完成全部制作工作。这张由Gun’s and Roses，Doken，No Debut等等著名乐队的御用录音师Wyn Davis担纲后期缩混制作的大碟汇集了爽子12首近年创作的优秀作品。
本周《无能为力》专辑封面提前曝光令众多爽瓷先睹为快。据悉，专辑封面的拍摄由美国摄影师Carl McLarty执镜，。Carl是奥斯卡获奖影片《拆弹部队》的平面摄影师，布满美国各大影院，曾吸引全美观众目光的《拆弹部队》宣传海报即出自卡尔之手。此次Carl为爽子拍摄、制作的专辑封面堪称世界级水准。
作为土生土长的北京南城人，爽子对北京有着深厚的情感，封面中爽子与瓷乐队成员行走于具有北京特色的老城胡同。画面中，爽子与乐队成员在夕照映衬下个个面色凝重、步伐坚定，正如爽子一直以来对于梦想的那份执着，正是这种力量才使得其在音乐的道路上坚持着向前走

《Follow the Leader》是一张效果仍然比得上他们前两张alt-metal专辑的新里程碑。并不是说他们有了新的玩意儿可供聆听，它听起来是同样的声音，但是它引起了比《Life Is Peachy》更加集中的议论，却并没有《Korn》听起来新鲜了。事实上，它在其结尾变得有一点空洞，即使吉它手Head Welch和Munky Shaffer创造一种贯穿全辑的能使专辑保持趣味性的音效，主音Jonathan Davis也几乎完全将他的声音融合到里面去。如果他们自己的歌曲并非遗留这么一种印象，因为他们不是要制造假象--他们只是朴素的传达了金属性的粉碎，这些都是让人肠翻肚乱或者是那些Korn的乐迷们所需要的

美国硬摇滚名团科恩(Korn)日前已与著名的唱片公司Roadrunner签下合约。Korn乐队将在Roadrunner这间唱片公司发行的首张作品是乐队的第9张录音室专辑，新专辑的名字《Korn III -- Remember Who You Are》已于日前公布。这张新碟的制作人是罗斯·罗宾逊(Ross Robinson)，他曾担任过Korn乐队前两张专辑的制作人，这次是他与Korn乐队在时隔几年后令人期待的再度合作。
在2005年的时候，Korn乐队曾经大张旗鼓的与另一家世界级别的唱片公司EMI/Virgin签下两张唱片合约，这两张作品取得了巨大的商业成功，为这支硬摇滚天团赚得2500万美元。根据合约中曾列出的条款，EMI公司有权取得2010年满约为止期间内Korn乐队所有商业项目收益的30%，因此Korn乐队的成功也让EMI公司也获得了不少盈利。
而这张与Roadrunner公司签署的新合约，基于类似世界范围内唱片出版的协定，并不包括类似的附加条款。
“说道将这张专辑制作发行，我们想不到任何比Roadrunner还要能够帮助我们的唱片公司了，这是惟一一间懂得摇滚音乐是什么的唱片公司，”Korn乐队的贝司手Fieldy在一份声明中谈到。

根据Roadrunner公司统计的数据来看，Korn乐队自从1994年出版发行首张同名专辑以来，唱片的全球总销量已经高达三千万张。

Although rooted in Alternative Metal, Linkin Park became one of the most successful acts of the 2000s by welcoming elements of Hip-Hop, Modern Rock, and atmospheric Electronica into their music. The band's rise was indebted to the aggressive Rap-Rock movement made popular by the likes of Korn and Limp Bizkit, a movement that paired grunge's alienation with a bold, buzzing soundtrack. Linkin Park added a unique spin to that formula, however, focusing as much on the vocal interplay between singer Chester Bennington and rapper Mike Shinoda as the band's muscled instrumentation, which layered DJ effects atop heavy, processed guitars. While the group's sales never eclipsed those of its tremendously successful debut, <Hybrid Theory>, few Alt-Metal bands rivaled Linkin Park during the band's heyday.
