Murdered Love is P.O.D. s first new studio album in four years and is now confirmed for release on July 9th 2012. This album sees the band reunited with long-time producer Howard Benson who also produced the band s massive Satellite album alongside hit albums for Kelly Clarkson, Theory Of A Deadman, Daughtry, and My Chemical Romance. P.O.D. (Payable on Death), formed in 1992, has logged a remarkable array of achievements, including worldwide sales exceeding 10 million, a series of chart topping radio hits, and an unprecedented four #1 MTV videos. With a 15-year career under their belts, P.O.D. has released seven studio albums, received three Grammy Award nominations, contributed to numerous motion picture soundtracks, and toured the world over many times. With their third studio album, The Fundamental Elements of Southtown, they achieved their initial mainstream success - the album was certified Platinum by the RIAA in 2000. Their following studio album, Satellite, continued the band's success with the hit singles, "Alive" and "Youth of the Nation," pushing it to go triple platinum. 近日，美国著名新金属乐队Korn乐队在接受采访时宣布了其最新录音室唱片《The Path Of Totality》的一些细节。
据悉，Korn乐队的这张最新唱片的发行日期是12月6日，这是一张融合了Dubstep风格的唱片，Korn乐队在这张唱片中也与像Skrillex、Excision、Datsik、Noisia、Kill The Noise、12th Planet等知名Dubstep风格的制作人合作录制歌曲。

On 'Paradigm Shift,' Korn chose not to repeat the dub step/rock fusion of their previous album The Path of Totality, but remained intent on keeping the sounds fresh and new. On the new album, they promise to mesh the classic dual guitar attack of James 'Munky' Shaffer and Brian 'Head' Welch (returning for the first time since the band s 2003 album Take A Look In The Mirror), with an all new approach to the integration of electronics.

Korn changed the world with the release of their self-titled debut album in 1994. It was a record that would pioneer a genre, while the band's enduring success points to a larger cultural moment. Papa Roach's first full-length album, Old Friends From Young Years, s a band in their formative years, and although it saw limited release and has since become a collector's item of sorts, it contains some of the group's best material. Having been recorded by the band themselves, one should not be surprised at its rudimentary production, yet the scratchy recording allows one to envision the band in a live setting much better than the more streamlined production of
Infest
. Frontman
Coby Dick
relies on a scattershot rap approach heavily doused in hardcore intensity, spitting lyrics with vehement fury before lapsing into subdued spoken word/singing. Amidst street-smart rap lingo,
Dick
exudes emotion when contemplating life (&Orange Drive Palms&), spousal abuse (&Liquid Diet&), drugs (&829&), and a variety of other personal topics. Musically Papa Roach is captured here with a much more underground hardcore approach that relies solely on crunchy guitars and blistering drums, which may surprise those more accustomed to Papa Roach's later, more accessible mainstream rock style. Old Friends From Young Years also contains what may possibly be the most infamous Papa Roach song with &Peewagon,& a song which deals with the inability to control one's bladder and a song that the band later refused to play at live shows despite fan encouragement. While nothing on this album is written as well or as slick as the band's
Infest
material, it remains earlier fans' favorite from the band and gives newcomers a chance to understand why Papa Roach was considered one of the independent scene's top contenders long before Dreamworks signed them.
