Born in Hamburg DJ SHOG also known as Sven Greiner, is prominant in the club scene of north Germany. Much of performances have been in the Jam Club (Kiel), the Road-House (Heide),Trace (Rendsburg), Rider's Café (Luebeck) and the Traumfabrik (Kiel). There he raised the roofs with his impulsively and typical mixes between emotional, melodious and cherfuly trance and techno beats.
After his sensational Technics DJ-Set Tour in 2001 together with Cosmic Gate, Beam&Yanou, Green Court and DJ Errik he is now touring with CJ Stone and Green Court now on his 4th tour since the beginning of the year 2002. As in the foregoing tours for the Technics DJ Set compilation he is not only going to visit well-known clubs in Germany but also abroad, like Ibiza, Poland and Austria.
Together with one of the currently most successful producer-team his first Solo-Single 'DJ SHOG - This Is My Sound' arised. Members of this production team of DJ SHOG are Claus Terhoeven, André Wevers and Errik Schmeier, who were also acting - by the way - for successful projects like Cosmic Gate, Essential DJ-Team, Starsplash and Green Court. DJ Shog has also recently released “The Second Dimension” and “Another World” on Logport Recordings.

DJ Shah, averaging 12 productions a year (regularly caned by Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Paul
Oakenfold, Ferry Corsten and Above & Beyond et all), he’s one of Europe’s most prolific and highlyregarded
trance producers.
Shah (real name Roger-Pierre Shah) first flexed his production muscles back in 1999, putting out tracks
like ‘The Mission’, ‘Claps’ & ‘Tides of Time’. In 2003 his track ‘High’ was inked by UK Virgin Records
sub-label Nebula. Since then he has signed his productions across trance heavyweights including
Anjunabeats, Vandit, Blackhole & Armada/A State of Trance. His last outing - the Adrina Thorpe vocalled
‘Who Will Find Me’ - prompted Armin van Buuren to proclaim it as his “favourite track of 2007”!
His remix credit-roll reads like a veritable ‘who’s who’ of Electronic Dance Music. Shah has reworked
tracks for legendary vocalists like Sarah McLachlan and Nadia Ali. He’s also remixed tunes for a litany of
trance-masters including (take a deep breath!) Tiësto, Armin Van Buuren, Mark Norman, York, Cosmic
Gate, Josh Gabriel, Johan Gielen, System F, The Thrillseekers, Solarstone, Three Drives, Matt Darey &
Oceanlab.
Alongside his DJ Shah moniker, Roger has also produced under a slew of sun-tipped pseudonyms,
including High Noon at Salinas, Magic Island, Savannah and Sunlounger. It was under the latter that he
released the ‘Another Day on The Terrace’ album in 2007, which shot to No.1 on Dutch iTunes’ ‘all-musicgenres’
chart. The Album also spawned two hugely-received singles: ‘In & Out’ & ‘White Sand’.
‘Going Wrong’, his collaboration with Armin van Buuren entered the Dutch single chart on a slamming
No. 5 in the first week, right after he performed the single live as well on Armin van Buuren`s Solo
concert in front of a crowd of 16,000!
Though probably known first as a producer, the ‘DJ’ in Shah’s name is far from just a natty tag. Roger
has taken his innovative, Balearically-edged sets and live performances as far a field as the USA, China,
Greece, Spain, Thailand, France, the UK, Hungary, Turkey, El Salvador & The Netherlands.Adding further to the ever - mushrooming Shah empire, Roger works on a huge brand called "Magic Island - music for balearic people" with the label "Magic Island Records" (just signed a label deal with Armada) and a new radio show also with the name "Magic Island".
Together with Pedro del Mar he still produces the top - rated "Mellomania" monthly shows all around the globe.
