An Arkansas native, Heather Batchelor fell in love with singing at an early age, and at 18 decided to move to Austin to pursue a career in music. Now 22, this pop/acoustic singer-songwriter has taken her voice and guitar to many a coffee house gig, opening for artists such as Robyn Ludwick. While she has been a student at The University of Texas at Austin, she has performed at numerous campus events such as the 65 Roses Benefit Concert for Cystic Fibrosis. Her debut EP, "Fine Line", was released in July of this year.

Songs from this album have been featured in The Walking Dead, Justified, Beautiful Creatures, The Lying Game, Being Human... And the upcoming film The D.U.F.F.

Kina started playing shows at the age of 4 in front of her stuffed animals. Now she plays in front of people. In 2007, Kina joined YouTube, made a music video and entered herself into contest. A few months later, her video for “Message From Your Heart” aired during the Superbowl and its 97 million viewers (or 194 million eyeballs, depending on how you’re keeping track) and she walked away with a record deal. Since then, Kina has regularly posted her songs on YouTube, amassing many millions of views, and toured throughout North America. Her songs have been heard on television shows such as ABC’s General Hospital and MTV’s College Life. Kina will independently release her debut full-length album, Stairwells, in 2010. Her music is both sweet and melancholy, but always filled with hope. She’d want you to know that she saves drowning honeybees from pools whenever she gets the chance.

Jack Conte and Nataly Dawn started making music together in the summer of '08, and decided to form a band. Pomplamoose thus represents the collaborative efforts of the two afore-mentioned musicians. It also means grapefruit in French.
