Houses of the Holy is the fifth studio album by the English rock band Led Zeppelin, released by Atlantic Records on 28 March 1973. The album title is a dedication by the band to their fans who appeared at venues they dubbed "Houses of the Holy". It was the second Led Zeppelin album to not officially be titled after the band. It was also the first of the band's albums to be composed of completely original material. It represents a musical turning point for Led Zeppelin, as they began to use more layering and production techniques in recording their songs.

Generally regarded as the Beatles' last album, Let It Be was actually recorded in 1969, before the recording and release of Abbey Road. Let It Be was greeted with mixed reviews when it came out in 1970, and is still a controversial disc in the band's catalogue--many fans reject it, while others defend it fiercely. Notable for its difference from anything else the Beatles recorded, Let It Be has a raw, ragged, muscular sound that recalls the band's very earliest rock roots. The songs were mostly recorded live (save Phil Spector's overdubs on "The Long and Winding Road," "Across the Universe," and "I Me Mine"), and the result is a world away from the meticulous, high-sheen sophistication of the group's George Martin-produced releases. No one is likely to argue that Let It Be is the band's best album, but it is a strong release nonetheless. From the easy-rolling folk feel of "Two of Us" to the interlocking vocals and screaming guitar of "I've Got a Feeling" to the epoch-making title cut (one of Paul McCartney's finest moments), the album bristles with good songwriting and gutsy energy. There are moments of filler--the rock & roll rehash "One After 909," for example--but at its best, as on John Lennon's meditative "Across the Universe" and the driving "Get Back" (which features Billy Preston on keys and is the record's high point), it shows the Beatles for what they always were: a top-notch, hard-working rock band. Moody and mesmerizing, An American Prayer is an interesting album of Jim Morrison reading his poetry over the Doors' music. An American Prayer was finished by the remaining members of the Doors after Morrison's death and finally released in 1978 (it was remastered and re-released in 1995 with bonus tracks). Those familiar with the lyrics of the Doors will not be surprised, but others may be put off because Morrison is unafraid to use crude imagery and talk unabashedly about taboo topics such as sex and religion. Although many dismiss his poetry as simplistic random musings, Morrison is a gifted lyricist with a vivid imagination. The album also demonstrates how the other musicians in the band create a mood that breathes life into Morrison's dark, twisted visions. The music excerpts of "Peace Frog" and "Wasp (Texas Radio and the Big Beat)" provide a welcome air of familiarity, and the definitive live version of "Roadhouse Blues" in the middle of the album provides a nice respite from the barrage of stories and metaphors. However, An American Prayer must be listened to in one sitting to be fully appreciated, preferably at nighttime when one is alone and can devote full attention to the listening experience. This album is not for everyone, but is a must-own for Doors completists and fans of Jim Morrison's poetry.

这张专辑Coming from Reality是美国歌手Rodriguez的第二章专辑。1971年由Sussex Records 出版，1976年用另一个专辑名After the Fact在南非出版发行。2009年Light in the Attic重新出版了该专辑，并且增加了三首当时仅在澳大利亚发行的歌曲。

Bee Gees的团名取自Barry Gibb的起首字母，于英国曼彻斯特组成，因父亲是乐团团长，青少年时即在舞台上表演。1958全家移民澳洲，首支单曲"Three Kisses Of Love" (1963)稍获成功。到1966年他们已成为澳洲顶尖的合唱团。1967年澳洲经纪人Robert Stigwood带着他们回到英国发展。此时Colin Petersen加入担任鼓手，Vince Melouney亦加入担任吉他手。Bee Gees到英国后，"Spicks And Specks"在澳洲夺下排行榜冠军。旋即并以"New York Mining Disaster, 1941"在英美创下佳绩，继"To Love Somebody"和"Holiday"成为畅销曲，" Massachusetts"也登上英国金榜榜首。"I""ve Got To Get A Message To you"更证明他们兄弟词曲创作的才华。
