Giuseppe Ottaviani这个名字可不仅仅是Vandit旗下一个艺人这么简单，从Nu NRG的辉煌，再到个人单飞后的各种经历，加之Vandit成员频繁的更替，让这位意大利DJ兼制作人成为Vandit旗下标志人物，有人说他继承了 Paul van Dyk的衣钵，然而万千的潮流变化中他依旧凭借充满太空色彩的Uplifting Trance占据一席之地。
在为众多电音艺人的作品操刀混音之后，小G也开始坐下来酝酿自己全新专辑，07年他曾发表过个人混音Vandit Sessions 04，个人作品搭配V派Trance整体风格曾给人深刻印象。而9月4日正式发行的这张GO！则更像他音乐道路全新的起点，正如专辑名所表述的，小G不想以此作为个人长久引以为豪的资本，而是开始新的音乐方向。
当今的Trance市场，一张创作专辑推出要比混音碟容易得多，但并不是任何专辑都能用优秀来形容，对于那些用自己过往发行单曲拼凑成的粗制滥造的集子更是见怪不怪的事情。这张GO！从封面到音乐本身乍听似乎和其它专辑差异不大，不过细节决定一切，对专辑的处理，曲目搭配，是否采取Non-Stop形式这些细微之处又提升了专辑的价值，而这恰恰是Vandit公司一贯追求的。从Vandit今年发行的三张创作专辑来看，即便像Kuffdam那样采取 Unmix形式推出的碟当中曲目排列也恰如其分，尊重了大众的收听习惯。此外，GO！还体现了小G出色的创作能力，除08年率先推出的No More Alone外，其余13曲均为全新作品，近期虽多次出现在各类电台节目当中却未曾有过发表或泄露，可见其对专辑后期保密工作的完善。值得一提的是几个月前刚刚担任Talla 2XLLC合集Techno Club 29客座的小G曾率先首播新曲Reload，这次的GO！却并未收录此曲，或许是出于对专辑整体效果的考虑，才放弃这首新作。
制作和演绎方面，专辑更侧重Trance音乐本身的跳舞性，也不乏优美的Vocal Trance和缓拍作品。John O'Callaghan和Tom Colontinio两位硬派的加盟为G式Up增色不少，Nu NRG时代有过出色合作的Gate 4重新回归，在能量和迷幻效果发挥上有了更广阔的余地。另外，新专辑当中，小G全新的暗黑尝试也很值得人期待。完美的团队加上Non-Stop形式绝对是金秋最值得期待的Trance专辑。
