《方大同爱爱爱演唱会This Love Live 2007》在2007年2月1日至3日於湾仔艺术中心寿臣剧院举行，方大同特别邀请了薛凯琪、房祖名、周国贤、何韵诗、许志安和苏永康等为嘉宾，其中与Fiona合唱「四人游」和「You've Got A Friend」的精彩片段收录於这张双CD 《方大同爱爱爱演唱会This Love Live 2007》内。
於2006年底推出第二国语唱片《爱爱爱 》的唱作人方大同，音乐风格是以Soul和R&B曲风为主导，所有歌曲都是由方大同一手包办作曲、编曲和製作，他在首个个人音乐会中大唱《Soul Boy》和《爱爱爱 》两张专辑内22首精选如「妹妹」、「苏丽珍」、「歌手与模特儿」、「每天每天」和「南音」等，以好歌与乐迷共度如此难忘音乐的一夜。

A marvelous duet album between Linda Clifford, a disco diva before the term was commonly used, and Chicago soul vocalist/producer/performer/composer Curtis Mayfield. The album included two chart hits in "I Just Wanna Wanna" and "Love's Sweet Sensation." It also convinced any doubters that Clifford could sing earnest, straight soul as well as pop and disco.

Voodoo is the second studio album by American recording artist D'Angelo, released on January 25, 2000, by Virgin Records. Recording sessions for the album took place during 1998 to 1999 at Electric Lady Studios in New York City, featuring an extensive line-up of musicians associated with the Soulquarians musical collective. Produced primarily by D'Angelo, Voodoo features a loose, groove-based funk sound and serves as a departure from the more conventional song structure of his debut album, Brown Sugar (1995). The album features lyrical themes regarding spirituality, love, sexuality, growth, and fatherhood.

Producer and multi-instrumentalist Leifur James is set to release his debut album A Louder Silence on 5th October 2018 through Late Night Tales artist label Night Time Stories. A Louder Silence is threaded by nuanced electronic instrumentals with influences of jazz and blues. Rich, soulful vocals and piano are used sparingly; making way for cascades of dubby synths, ambience and moody jazz breaks. Released in 2017, debut single Time was described as the most exciting music in a decade by BBC Radio 6 Music DJ Guy Garvey. XLR8R has written of his uncanny ability to deliver emotional cuts, Stamp The Wax called him an exciting prospect and a live session for Gilles Peterson's Worldwide FM heard tracks from the album given their first airing.

The samples are so classic taking me back to being a young pup, bridging synaptic gaps that lay open for decades. The 'Cooking with Gas' commercial samples and the Coca-Cola samples were a great ride back to the seventies. BUT this is not a 70's hits mix of any sort.

2007 CD single pulled from Shadow's The Outsider album. 'This Time (I'm Gonna Try It My Way)' employs an inspiring sampled vocal lifted from a 40-year old reel discovered in a disused studio to somewhat explain his new assertiveness in his music, not necessarily trying to please everyone but reflecting his ever-changing tastes. Features 'This Time (I'm Gonna Try It My Way)' plus the non-album 'Love, Love'. Island.

After an unsuccessful bout with the AVI label in 1979, Passion signed to Prelude where they released an album and a 12" which caused a stir on dancefloors. It was the b-side, "In New York", which was most played at the time. This album was produced by Ray Martinez.

Millie Jackson’s "Caught Up" is one of Soul music’s most acclaimed albums of all time.
