宠物同谋(PET CONSPIRACY)成立于2008年，这支DISCO PUNK乐队在成立不到一年的时间里就完成了欧洲巡演及一张EP的发行，PETS有太多的野心，他们的标准是纽约的LCD SOUND SYSTERM，是多伦多的Crystal castle，是英国的Simian Mobile Disco……如果你看过他们的现场你就会明白，这绝对不是给摇滚呆瓜和POGO死党准备的礼物，如果你有一件足够时髦的衣服，和一套蹩脚的DISCO舞步，当PET的偷心小曲从你耳边划过时，身体这时候比心灵更重要！

Balloon Cement is the thirty-sixth studio album by guitarist Buckethead, and the sixth installment of the Buckethead Pikes series.
The album was released on April 14th through iTunes. At 30:05, this is Buckethead's shortest studio album to date. It is also one of Buckethead's most experimental albums with just a few tracks, that are not just experimenting and playing with various effects and noises. It experiments with noise music and the versatile guitar effects remind a lot of dark ambient and space music.

The Shores of Molokai is the thirty-seventh studio album by guitarist Buckethead, and the seventh installment of the Buckethead Pikes Series.
The album was originally released digitally through iTunes on August 9 while the physical edition of the album was released on August 25. A second part to the last track of the album, "Melting Man" was released on the tenth installment of the pike series, The Silent Picture Book.

The Silent Picture Book is the fortieth studio album by guitarist Buckethead, and the tenth installment of the Buckethead Pikes Series.
The album was announced and released on September 20, 2012 [2] along with the previous two Pike installments, Racks and March of the Slunks.
The album contains the track "Melting Man Part 2", a sequel to the track "Melting Man" from the album The Shores of Molokai.

Racks is the thirty-eight studio album by guitarist Buckethead, and the eight installment of the Buckethead Pikes Series.
The album was announced and released on September 20, 2012 [2] along with the following two Pike installments, March of the Slunks and The Silent Picture Book.

As a surprise release for Erased Tapes founder Robert Raths, label buddies Ólafur Arnalds and Nils Frahm have collaborated for the first time ever. The pair have recorded an EP of ambient electroacoustic works called Stare. The release also features Anne Müller on cello with artwork by label-friend and in-house designer Torsten Posselt.
What started as a jam on old analogue synths at Nils’ Durton studio in Berlin, continued with a 4-day session at Óli´s E7 studio in Reykjavik. Ólafur explains, “the album became kind of an Iceland vs. Berlin thing. I think you can hear it very well in the sound (side a vs. side b) and that is the most interesting thing about this record for me: that subtle but significant different in the characteristics of the music two people made in Iceland against what the same two people made in Germany.” The project was kept secret until, “delivered the fully mastered record with finished artwork to Robert around the 5th anniversary of the label.”
‘a2’ is minimal and glacial. Like the EP artwork, it’s hazy … but precisely so.

The band will begin to release a trilogy of albums over the course of five months starting in September 2012. The three albums will be called ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré!, and will be released September 25, 2012, November 13, 2012, and January 15, 2013 respectively.

2011年8月，MUSE终于完成了长达两年Resistance世界巡迴，之后随即开始着手全新专辑的製作，团员3人很快地就在4週内完成了新专辑《The 2nd Law》当中13首曲目的胚胎雏形。《The 2nd Law》的专辑名称和主题发想是来自于热力学的第二定律，第二定律的主要精神是在阐释：在所有变换过程当中都是要付出代价的，如果你扔下某个事物不管，经过一段时间，它会腐坏、锈化、破碎、损耗、甚至是消逝。关于2012，人们有着许多的末日啓示，无法预知未来的你我在环顾四週的同时，可以确认的是，能源危机、经济萧条、政治动盪…这一切溷乱正在发生。面对着我们身处世界的动盪不安，MUSE藉由《The 2nd Law》这张创作，来彰显这些将要人类自我偿还的问题。

第二定律的应用范畴其实是没有侷限的，可以微小至单一个人这样的有机体，成为一个封闭系统，也可以推至整个文明社会、人类世界，甚至是整个宇宙。碎裂的吉他音牆、震慑心魂的琴音、大量的管弦乐编排，加上值得再三咀嚼的人文思维词句，MUSE在《The 2nd Law》这个封闭系统裡，不断增加实验性的音乐能量，在破坏及重组之间实现了他们的奇想思绪，更在无法预期的分裂与融合的接续循环之中，寻找出全新法则！

Multi-platinum pop-star MIKA returns with his brand new album 'The Origin of Love', released on Island Records on September 16th 2012.
Following up his multi-million selling worldwide smash 'The Boy Who Knew Too Much' (which debuted in every single i-Tunes top ten around the world), 'The Origin of Love' is Mika's third album and will be preceded by an anthemic brand new single 'Celebrate', an epic slice of cool modern pop destined to be a global summer soundtrack, written by Mika and Pharrell Williams, produced by Nick Littlemore from Empire of the Sun and also featuring Pharrell on vocals.
Completely self-created and self-imagined, 'The Origin of Love' has been a two-year DIY labour of love for Mika who has put together everything on the record himself, flying around the world under his own steam personally assembling an incredible roll call of collaborators - in addition to Nick Littlemore and Pharrell Williams Mika has also worked with William Orbit, Benny Benassi, FrYars, Greg Wells (Katy Perry, Adele), Klas Ahlund (Robyn's Body Talk) as well as working with some brand new unsigned musicians he found himself online.
"This single is what happens when you combine a 22 year old you find online, Fryars, with an extra-planetary Nick Littlemore and Pharrell Williams!" says Mika of 'Celebrate'. A further Mika composition from the album writing sessions 'Gang Bang' features exclusively on Madonna's new 'MNDA' album, a track which she has widely praised as her favourite song on the record.
Mika spent most of 2010 and 2011 on a massive Global tour playing over hundreds of shows to sell-out audiences across Europe, Asia and North America. He returns with a brand new live show, performing at Heaven in London on 26th July.

Crystal Castles is a Canadian electronic music group formed in 2006 in Toronto, Ontario, by songwriter-producer Ethan Kath and singer-songwriter Alice Glass. The current band members are Ethan Kath and Edith Frances. Crystal Castles are known for their chaotic live shows and lo-fi melancholic homemade productions.

萬芳寫給爸爸的歌。不管女兒幾歲了，都記得心中爸爸那個如山的形象。爸爸總是扮演那個希望我們進步的角色，所以也很容易讓我們覺得，似乎在他眼中，我們不夠好。而好勝的我們，則可能叛逆．遠離。不過當時光過去，我們好像終於可以看到那些拉鋸的背後，其實是愛與被愛的渴望。也看到父親自己的限制，他們自己受過的苦，有過的恐懼，自己能完成和不能完成的事，所以使他用這些方式來愛我們。

萬芳想要有一首唱給思念的人的歌，一起製作專輯的共同製作人林揮斌寫出來了。是他在半夢半醒之間突然坐起，想念已過世的媽媽，寫出的旋律。簡單，寧靜，整首歌像在回憶與現實的虛實交界，小小空間中的內心迴音， 悲傷的感覺已淡去，但想念一直在。
3. Michelle的第一天 詞／曲 萬芳 台視十月大戲「罪美麗」片頭主題曲
萬芳詞曲，母親看著女兒長大的心情。
身為母親，知道一個女孩長大要經歷多少辛苦，多少情緒，想著都心疼了。
但身為母親，卻知道這個過程自己不能緊抓著，只能陪伴。
以吉它為主的編曲是一條時光的河，萬芳的歌聲和小提琴的樂器在其中像母女的對話，在越漸悠揚激昂的小提琴中，天地開闊，兒女展翅高飛。
4.阿茲海默 詞/黎煥雄 曲/青峰
人力飛行劇團的舞台劇導演，同時也是詩人的黎煥雄，因為家族中有阿茲海默的病史，因此寫了這個深刻感人的詞，蘇打綠的青峰則為詞譜上了動人的曲。
為了保有詞意的古典美，萬芳請她的古典鋼琴老師莊雅雯擔任鋼琴的編寫及演奏，再以中提琴．小提琴烘托出如浪潮般的層層情緒。
7.我只想安靜的獨自跳完一支舞 詞/萬芳 曲/黃韻玲
寫給無能為力的關係，伴侶．父母．或任何。
有時候關係充滿緊張和壓力，不斷想讓對方滿意而努力付出、嚐試改變，卻依然無法讓對方滿意，最後精疲力盡。然而這緊繃的關係卻始終也無力逃脫，彷彿傷口與凶器緊緊密合，互為因果。
強烈的鼓聲象徵衝突中猛烈的心跳和呼吸，，帶著電氣的編曲營造出迷幻的空間，世界偌大，我卻只能奮力獨舞，也許只有在不停的旋轉迴圈，筋疲力盡之後，才能有所謂的平靜。
8.如同愛一樣的 詞/李格弟 曲/陳建騏
舞台劇「台北爸爸．紐約媽媽」中萬芳現場演唱的曲目。
夏宇（李格弟）的詩，陳建騏的曲，專輯中則創造了另外一個空間更帶有不寫實感的版本。
有一點鬼魅的氣氛，萬芳在劇中飾演的角色就是因吸毒早逝的女孩。
透過她，看活著的人內在無法流暢溝通，但真實而強烈的愛。
