4月発売の「さよなら、素晴らしい世界」、9月発売の「渚にて」と立て続けに作品をリリースし、3部作完結編とも言える初のフルアルバムを遂にリリースする。本作には初期からの人気曲で正式な音源化を切望する声が多数寄せれていた「大停電の夜に」、「She」に加え、疾走感溢れるバンドサウンドと突き刺さるギターリフ、透明で力強い歌声が絡み合う「sweet spider」、SWEET LOVE SHOWER2012のステージで初披露し美しいメロディーで観客を魅了した「抱きしめて」を始め、全曲がリードトラックと言える程の音楽だけを惜しみ無く収録した、正に珠玉の1stアルバム。一層煌びやかに、力強く成長を遂げたindigo la End第1章の完結編。明確な音楽への愛と、尽きない意欲が、魔法と共にこの作品には込められている。

「原始的じゃナイト ～アナログ ラブ～」は、作曲を久保田利伸、作詞を和田 唱（TRICERATOPS）、編曲を大沢伸一が担当。稲垣吾郎主演ドラマ「心療中 -in the Room-」の主題歌として3月にリリースしたシングル「怪・セラ・セラ」は新進気鋭の若手バンド、パスピエによる楽曲。他にもAI、STY、Jeff Miyahara、☆Taku Takahashi（m-flo）、Nakajin（SEKAI NO OWARI）、ヒャダイン、MIYAVI、森大輔、MONKEY MAJIK、RYOJI（ケツメイシ）、Rakeなど名だたるミュージシャン達が一同に介している。
更には、藤ヶ谷太輔（Kis-My-Ft2）をフィーチャリングした楽曲や、香取慎吾と山下智久のユニット「THE MONSTERS」名義による楽曲も収録。

Atoms For Peace is set to release their debut album on January 28th, 2013. The collaboration between Thom Yorke, Nigel Godrich, Flea, Joey Waronker, Mauro Refosco and Flea will title their first album together AMOK.

Julia Shammas Holter (born December 18, 1984) is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, composer and artist, based in Los Angeles. A CalArts graduate, Holter released her first studio album, Tragedy, in 2011. Her second studio album, Ekstasis, followed in 2012. After signing with Domino Records in 2013, she released her third studio album, Loud City Song. Her fourth studio album, Have You in My Wilderness, was released in 2015, after which she released a live-in-the-studio album, In the Same Room, in 2017. Her fifth studio album, Aviary, was released in 2018.
Holter has also collaborated with other musicians, including Nite Jewel, Laurel Halo, Ducktails, Linda Perhacs, Michael Pisaro, and Jean-Michel Jarre.

Depeche Mode have detailed their previously announced new album, the follow up to 2009's Sounds of the Universe. Delta Machine is out on March 26 via Columbia. The first single from the record, "Heaven", will debut via video on VEVO on February 1.
Delta Machine will be released as a standard edition as well as a deluxe edition that includes a bonus disc with four extra tracks as well as a 28-page book featuring photos by Anton Corbijn. "Heaven" will be released on disc with remixes from Matthew Dear (as Matthew Dear vs. Audion), Blawan, Owlle, and Steps to Heaven.
Delta Machine was produced by Ben Hillier and mixed by Flood. In a press release, Martin Gore said, "Writing this album was incredibly daunting as I wanted the sound of this collection to be very modern. I want people to feel good about listening to this record, to get some kind of peace. It's just got something magical about it." Dave Gahan said, "With this release we've completely shifted our idea of how to create an album. When we hit a wall where we realize the album is beginning to sound too normal, we'll mess it up and really give it that organic Depeche Mode Sound. Delta Machine is no different, and I can’t wait for all of our fans to hear it."
Previously, Gore said, "The music has a similar vibe to [1990's] Violator and [1993's] Songs of Faith and Devotion and I think the songs on the album are among some of the very best we've done," while Gahan said it's "not a blues record, but it definitely has a soulful vibe."

Four years following the release of their last album, Tonight (and its dub companion, Blood), Scottish indie stars Franz Ferdinand have returned with new album Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action, out on Domino on August 27 in the U.S. and August 26 in the UK
A limited "Passport Edition" of the album will come with the album on double vinyl in a hand-numbered sleeve as well as the album on CD, a bonus 7" with two non-album tracks, a live studio recording called Right Notes, Right Words, Wrong Order, a bonus 12", four postcards (each from one member of the band), and more.

More Light is the tenth studio album by Scottish band Primal Scream, released on 13 May 2013. The single "It's Alright, It's OK" received airplay on national stations including BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 6 Music and Absolute Radio and on music channel MTV Rocks, whilst it has also been played on a number of smaller stations including 106.9FM WHCR and Kingstown Radio.
More Light received highly positive reactions from critics, and is perhaps their most critically acclaimed album since XTRMNTR. On Metacritic, the album has a score of 77 out of 100, based on 29 reviews. Neil McCormick of The Daily Telegraph gave a positive review of the album, describing it as "mesmerising" and containing "big, monstrous, mantra-like, psychedelic grooves". He went on to add More Light should do much to restore Primal Scream’s reputation as one of the country’s most creative and ambitious rock bands. The music is dense yet uplifting, creating its own tensions with Gillespie’s dark, stream-of-consciousness lyrics. Songs like 2013, Culturecide, Tenement Kid and Walking With The Beast convey an impression of a highly strung, heartfelt assault on the inequities of the modern world, before building to the euphoric gospel release of closing track "It’s Alright, It’s OK".

Reflektor is the fourth studio album by the Canadian indie rock band Arcade Fire, released on October 28, 2013 on Merge Records. A double album, Reflektor was co-produced by former LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy, regular Arcade Fire producer Markus Dravs, and the band itself.
