《语》是一张纯钢琴，和平之月的前三张钢琴专辑《京》《都》《雪》那充满着东方韵味色彩的意境让无数喜欢钢琴的不喜欢钢琴的人都为之倾倒，虽然《语》新曲只有三首，但只要有一首是新的便足以令人欣喜若狂。第一首《Kataribe》是和月公司为日本香堂友情创作的CM曲，和月公司每一张CD的最大特色就是都赠送日本香堂的香条，在打开CD的那一瞬间，闻到这种味道，香气四溢，更能与和月的音乐结合融洽为一种清新脱俗的氛围。《Kataribe》这一曲虽然只是短短的一分钟试听，但开头一刹那琴键敲击的时候，足以让人再次深陷入这和月的天籁之中，无需太多，闭上眼睛，与城之内美莎一起体会这无语的感觉，让人回忆起过往，想起许多值得珍惜的东西...... 第七首《秋风》流畅缓和的旋律恰如秋天的风一样吹拂而来，那即将到来的金色丰收季节，成熟的岁月过往，点点滴滴涌上心头，重新审视自己迷茫的过去.....钢琴始终是乐器中的王子，更能引起共鸣的乐器，城之内美莎小姐现在将它演绎出了完全东方特色的风格，大家是不是在听到这样的天籁同时也感受到一股非常亲切的东西在里头呢？因为那是和平之月所能做到的。城之内美莎自述：这是我的第一张个人钢琴专辑。回想起来我第一次接触的乐器就是钢琴。记得我很小的时候，总喜欢看一些音乐作曲方面的书籍，那个时候学作曲令我觉得是非常愉快的，后来就用钢琴来演奏我所作的曲子，那时候的我作作曲子是自娱乐自乐（现在的我或许也是这样的），我喜欢对着钢琴，用一个日记本在上面画下音乐音符的图画，记录下这没有任何文字的「音乐日记」。也就是说，那个时候作曲的心情和环境决定着自己的音乐理念，换一种合适的说法就是，音符随着心情的点滴而产生。如今，以往的经验总结起来，到现在也是我工作生活中的一部分，这富有戏剧性的工作方式或许将伴我到永远。这张专辑选自我以前的专辑《华》、《华II》、《红》，然后是从与和平之月众多音乐家以前一起合作过的专辑《雪》、《都》、《京》中挑选出我的钢琴作品，里面有两首曲子，是和平…………

菅井えり从小就接触乐团，参加过教会唱诗班、合唱团、乐器队、多重合唱等。小时候学过钢琴，但是不喜欢，在高中接触过管乐器，但是更偏向于编曲的工作，很善于利用乐谱。
上世纪7，80年代喜欢美国摇滚流行乐，到了90年代开始接触美国流行音乐的起源——乡村音乐，并对其根基——爱尔兰音乐开始感兴趣。
菅井えり声线优美，有如天籁缥缈销魂，能让你劝毛孔都能扩张吸收音乐的感觉。她的专辑《舞》吸收了混声和亚洲的乐器的特点，在全世界热卖，并取得骄人战绩。2001年获得全美newage电台排行榜综合第四名（ENYA第三名）。
菅井爱里是和月旗下颇有代表性的音乐才女，一直活跃于日本影视配乐和广告音乐界。她不仅一手包办自己专辑的作曲、作词、制作和演唱，而且以其独特的“超多重和声”手法，营造出极尽空灵梦幻、“仿似非人间”的天籁歌声，素有“日本的恩雅”之美誉。但相比恩雅单声部的演唱模式，菅井爱里多声部的层次对比要丰富得多，乐曲风格和人声的演绎也更多姿多彩。

二胡有约二千年的历史。相传二胡起源于中国北方，在两根钢制的弦中间，通过用马尾毛做的琴弓的摩擦发声。通过摩擦琴弦发声的乐器--即所谓的擦弦乐器，在世界各地都能看到。在欧洲其代表为小提琴，二胡作为东方的擦弦乐器的代表，也被称为东方的小提琴。1955年贾鹏芳生于黑龙江省佳木斯，在文化大革命开始的1965年他八岁的时候，得到了一把二胡。邻近苏联边境从北京坐火车都要30个钟头才到的北方小城--佳木斯也不可避免地受到文化大革命的狂风暴雨的洗礼，其实他能拿到的那把二胡也是因为参加" 毛泽东思想宣传队“的缘故。16岁的时候，在大哥们的资助下，他到北京拜师学艺去了。当时的中国是不能随便改户口的，农村出身的人也不能在城市生活。16到18岁的时候，贾鹏芳在得不到口粮配给的情况下，在叔母家的阳台作了一个一米见方的围棚，以成为专业演奏家为目标每天不断坚持练习。终于，以他的实力可以时不时代替老师演奏了。然而在海政歌舞团的入团考试当天，唐山大地震发生，考试也随之中止，只能放弃入团。半年后，因为文革政策，他不得不回佳木斯务农。文革结束社会安定后，他收到一封信。原来是他以前的老师给他的，信中劝他去考音乐大学。就在他再次上京突破500选1的难关合格的时候，一位考官--中国中央民族乐团的concert master（乐团小提琴首席）极力劝他入团。考虑到能拿到北京户口和生活的保障，他（同意了）从此就作为专业的演奏家参加乐团活动。1988年，以发掘被文革破坏的民族曲艺和艺术启蒙为己任而坚持演奏活动，已被任命为乐团副主席的贾鹏芳，为了追求新的艺术可能，衣箱一个二胡一把就来了日本。一边打各种短工一边寻找演奏的工作时，有了转机--他遇到了音乐家服部可久。被贾鹏芳的才能和二胡的音色所折服的服部克久，在自己的专辑制作和音乐会活动中大胆起用贾鹏芳，开拓了贾鹏芳的音乐世界。那时，进东京艺术大学大学院的愿望也实现了。
