이번 NEW SINGLE ALBUM [SUMMER EPISODE]에서 주목할 점은 악뮤의 대범해진 음악적 시도, 그리고 성장이다. 가사는 특별하게, 음악은 담백하게 담아냈던 지난 앨범들과는 다르게 이번 앨범에서는 ‘가사는 담백하게’, ‘음악은 특별하게’ 표현함으로써 익숙하고도 신선한, 악뮤만의 색깔을 만들어냈다.
1. DINOSAUR
첫 번째 타이틀곡 [DINOSAUR]는 악뮤가 처음으로 선보이는 하우스 장르의 곡으로, 어쿠스틱 기타 인트로에서 예고 없이 이어지는 플럭 신스(PLUCK SYNTH) 사운드가 반전을 준다.
아무도 예상하지 못했던 악뮤의 EDM은 가사에 남겨놓은 동심 때문인지 이질감 없이 다가오는데, 어린 찬혁을 놀라 ‘펄쩍 뛰게 한’ 공룡 꿈 에피소드의 가사는 EDM이라는 장르와 만나 경쾌하면서도 미니멀한 악뮤만의 어법으로 표현되었다. 더불어 한층 더 성숙해진 실력으로 후렴구를 청아하게 수놓는 수현의 보컬은 한여름의 무더위를 식혀주기에 충분할 것이다.
2. MY DARLING
반복되는 ‘둠바둠바둠바둠바둠바둠바웨’ 훅이 귓가에서 떠나질 않는 악뮤의 두 번째 타이틀곡 [MY DARLING]. 이 곡은 어쿠스틱 계열의 곡으로서 쉬운 멜로디와 아기자기한 가사가 돋보이는 곡이다. 안정적인 메이저 코드 진행뿐만 아니라, 어쿠스틱 계열 곡에서 잘 활용하지 않는 신디사이저 사운드 소스를 적재적소에 첨가한 센스는 악뮤 음악에서만 느낄 수 있는 유니크한 매력을 뽐낸다. 이어폰을 귀에 꽂고 저 뒤편에서 들려오는 시원한 파도소리를 들어보자. 마치 휴양지에 온 듯한 상상의 휴가를 보낼 수 있을 것이다.

의정부시 신곡동 몽골에 가기 전까지 내 유년시절 놀이터가 되어 주었던 동네 그리고 내가 살던 곳은 가파른 언덕길 위에 있는 반지하 빌라였다. 나와 수현이의 취침시간은 저녁 9시
큰 방에서 이불 깔아놓고, 퇴근하실 아빠를 기다리다 매번 잠이 들었다.
우린 네 가족이 모두 큰 방에서 잤다. 아빠 엄마 수현 나 순서로.
우리 집에서 가장 일찍 일어나는 사람은 나였다. 다양한 이유가 있었다.
난 초등학교 4학년 때까지 화장실을 가는 꿈을 꽤 자주 꾸었고 그게 야뇨증인지는 나중에야 알았다. 내가 가장 무서워하는 것 중에 하나였던 것 같다.
거의 매일 새벽 아침 아주 조심스럽게 이불가지를 포개어 빨래통에 몰래 쑤셔 넣고서 그 하루는 안 들키고 무사히 넘어갔다고 생각했다.
조용하고 평화롭고 나는 엄마 아빠의 지붕 아래에서 아주 안전하다고 느꼈다. 내가 그들의 곁을 떠난 삶을 상상하기가 어려웠다.
하지만 그날 새벽은 달랐다. 아빠의 코 고는 소리가 가장 큰 소음인 건 오늘 밤이 아주 평화롭다는 거였다. 비교도 되지 않을 만큼 정말 정말 큰 굉음이 방 안에 울렸고 나는 너무 놀라 소스라치며 일어났다. 내 비명을 듣고 온 가족이 다 소스라치며 벌떡 일어났다.
“무슨 일이야!” 흥분을 가라앉히지 못하는 나를 엄마는 안아주셨지만 우리 집 창문을 얼굴로 깨부수고 우리 가족에게 포효하던 거대한 공룡의 얼굴이 엄마의 품에 안겨서도 생생했다.
그건 어린 시절 나 혼자 느끼고 나 혼자 견뎌내야 했던 두려움이었다.

Liverpool's finest are back! Echo & The Bunnymen have just completed their 9th album, "Siberia". It was recorded at Parr Street Studios in Liverpool with the legendary Hugh Jones producing. The band last worked with Hugh on their acclaimed 1981 album, "Heaven Up Here". "Siberia" takes the band back to their roots; it features their dark, swirling fusion of post-punk and Doors inspired psychedelia that brought the group worldwide acclaim and a massive cult following.

Avalon is the RIAA Platinum-certified eighth and final studio album by the English rock band Roxy Music. Released in May 1982, it was recorded in 1981–82 at Compass Point Studios in Nassau, Bahamas, and is generally regarded as the culmination of the smoother, more adult-oriented sound of the band's later work. It was the band's most successful studio album, reaching No. 1 in the UK (for 3 weeks) and staying on the album charts for over a year. Although it only climbed as high as No. 53, Avalon is notable for being the band's only million-selling record in the United States.
A single, "More Than This", preceded the album and was a Top 10 hit in Britain, Australia, and several European countries. The title track was released as the album's second single and also became a UK Top 20 hit. A third extract, "Take a Chance With Me", with a remixed version of album track "The Main Thing" on the b-side, reached the UK Top 30 and was Roxy Music's last UK hit single to date.

2008年に結成されたMCのアフロとGtのUKからなる2人組、MOROHAがアルバムを自主レーベル“YAVAY YAYVA RECORDS”よりリリース!彼らがフル・アルバムを発表するのは2013年11月発売の『MOROHA II』以来、2年11ヵ月ぶり。

1stアルバムから3年、MOROHA待望の新作が遂に完成。
ファンの間で最も音源化が待ち望まれていた「三文銭」、ライブで披露するや瞬く間に大きな反響を呼んだ「ハダ色の日々」など、聴く者の心を揺さぶる全10曲を収録。

Built on the powerful songwriting of Christopher Owens and the ethereal production of Chet "JR" White, Girls recorded Album in a variety of bedrooms and rehearsal studios in their adopted hometown, San Francisco. The resulting 12 tracks are the perfect San Fran summer record, evoking a narcotic, sunny afternoon in Dolores Park, yet promising the eventual hangover of summer's departure. Album is self-described as "honest, loose, ethereal, obnoxious and perfect," it is a sincere tribute to the majesty of great pop music and the healing power of rock and roll.

The Manchester-bred band has built its reputation here and overseas on the strength of its rollicking live shows as well as its self-titled 2013 debut album, which entered the UK album chart at No. 1. October 2015 s Love Me marked the first single to be released from The 1975 s upcoming new album I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it - which is due from Dirty Hit / Interscope Records on February 26, 2016. The 1975, which is vocalist / producer Matthew Healy, drummer / producer George Daniel, guitarist Adam Hann and bassist Ross MacDonald, have performed on Conan, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and Late Night with Seth Meyers.

A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships is the third studio album by English pop rock band The 1975, scheduled to be released on 30 November 2018 by Dirty Hit and Polydor Records.

於2018年陸續發行了「このままがいいね（就這樣也不錯吧）」、「カリフラワー（花椰菜）」兩張單曲後，Siamese Cats （暹羅貓們）第五張專輯『 Virgin Graffiti 』終於發行！
Siamese Cats 在成立自主廠牌「TETRA RECORDS」後發行了上一張專輯『Friends Again』，在歌曲創作的滋養下所發展而成自有極簡 “Plan Rock”特色 的 Siamese Cats。
這一次，他們原有的純真更被解放，像是興趣湧出般，描繪出更多樣性的「2018年的音樂」。

The La's were one of the few English alternative groups to keep traditional British guitar pop alive during the late '80s and early '90s. Drawing heavily from the punchy British Invasion sound of early Beatles, the Hollies, the Searchers, and the Small Faces, the group's eponymous debut is a swirling array of ringing guitar hooks and strong, undeniable pop melodies. Throughout the record, chief songwriter Lee Mavers turns out small, well-crafted gems, highlighted by the hit single "There She Goes," whose jangling hooks and sighing melodies simply scratch the surface of the abundance of pleasures on the record. While Mavers claimed at the time that the label forced him to release The La's, it's hard to imagine the record being any more infectious. As it stands, The La's was a refreshing slice of classicist guitar pop at the time of its release, and its charms have not faded over the years.
